- Hotel got both lift & stairs (usually budget hotels don’t have lift) - room is worth the money *extra: they prepared toilet slippers 👍🏻 5⭐️

1. Located in the city business district of Seremban. The city is not that big so all can be catered by walking. 2. Seven-Eleven Convenient Store at the hotel lobby is a bonus. 3. Huge KFC restaurant is just across the road and a few Mamak restaurants are within 5-minute walking distance. 4. 'The Store' Superstore is also within 5 minutes' walking distance. 5. Room is in comfortable size and very clean. Towell & mattress sheet change daily. Fantastic job by the cleaner. 6. A/C working very well and water pressure (with hot water) are also good. Iron is also provided in the corridor. 7. Kiblat direction is well marked. Sufficient space to pray. 8. They got a lift to cater to the elderly and disabled.

1. Public car parking is a bit hassle during weekday office hours and weekends but at other time periods, parking is available. 2. Appreciate it if there is a small kettle in the room otherwise cold/hot water dispenser in the hotel's corridor. 3. Appreciate it if there is a complimentary tea bag or mini coffee bag with sugar/creamer in our room.

The location was fantastic. We love the street hawkers and old school eateries within walking distance. As my parents could not walk too far, we took Grab to places further than 1pm away. And thankfully, Grab was always easily available! 😊

Responsive customer service. Clean room with basic setups.

Don't expect high expectations as it's not a 5-star hotel. I came from overseas with my family to stay for 10 days and felt close to home. Everything is clean, comfortable and places/amnesties are accessible nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping available daily. COVID policies and SOP strictly applied. Quiet night street, no more motor racing. GRAB pick-up point at 7-11 downstairs. Strong wifi.

Hot water access is only downstairs behind the front desk. Slightly inconvenient for daily coffee lovers or kids that need instant porridge/noodle. 7-11 ground floor closes at midnight (can improve once endemic eases with more customer flow). Suggestion for future : Hot water dispenser on every floor or water kettle per room, kids channel on TV (recorded feed not live)

I booked the room quite late at about 9 30pm due to my journey from KL to JB. It was raining at that time. Luckily there was a room available for 3 ppl. The staff was warm and welcoming.

The location which is walking distance to many eateries and the connected 7-11. There's a helpful college student at the counter who'll accompany guests to check their room and provide extra info about the surrounding.

location is good, the bed is comfortable and the staff is helpful and responsive

The toilet keeps making flushing sound. This becomes particularly noticeable at night and gave me a bit of trouble falling asleep

Room is clean and spacious. Our room facing the kfc street so morning view is sunrise..so nice. We booked for layover and very happy with our choice and the receptionist so kind and waited for us (late check in).
