Good, clean and comfortable. 🫶🏻 The staff - Thiran kindly assisted in carrying the bag upstairs, as I was holding my child and my husband was handling another heavy bag. Thank you so much! 🥰🫶🏻 I love the aircond. So quiet and very cold. Hahahaha the parking needs to use coupons- can use TNG.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a lift, which was quite inconvenient as we were travelling with a young child and had heavy bags. This might not be suitable for families or guests with mobility issues

Can be cleaner. The deposit was RM50, but upon check the morning duty staff just returned RM30🤔. I noticed that the night duty man has changed the receipt manually to RM30.

room is newly refurbished. wall to wall.. ceiling all covered with wood panel.. awesome ambiance.. room is very clean.. toilet is spacious size and clean..walkways is awesome too with all wood panel through out ...water machine available too with hot and cold ...parking is usually available. Only once a week there is pasar malam on the street infront. not mistaken is wednesday night until 10 or 11pm... few foodtrucks available too every night near the hotel until midnight.

at times when room allotted is 2nd floor.. short stairs walkup.. but all worth it..

Excellent value for money. Has Cuckoo hot and cold water dispenser outside Family room. Spacious. Don't be fooled by the exterior of the building. The rooms are actually very nice. Have their own bottled water, shampoo and shower gel. Shampoo and shower gel has a very nice fragrance. Hotel is undergoing renovation. The room we stayed seems to be newly renovated. Very nice furnishings. Pillows and bed are very comfortable.  Location is very good. Near to eateries. There is a convenience store nearby. Car wash is also nearby. 

No lift. Need to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs. Otherwise all is good! Very value for money.

Newly renovated. The room was well fitted out (iron, ironing board, hairdryer, mini fridge) with nice wall and ceiling panels. Clean. Near to a big Chinese foodcourt and other options. Easy to park. Easy check in and out. Well worth the budget price.

No lift and reception area is undergoing some renovation. Laundry detergent used for bed linen smells a little strong. Maybe choose a more neutral scent.

The hotel so clean and comfortable. Location of this hotel is so stratergic near with public transport like bus and lrt. If any solo traveller wanna find a hotel for single bed just choose this hotel, it 3 stars but the service like 5 stars. This hotel also near of restaurant for non-muslim and mostly it is chinese restaurant, but for muslim you can just order grabfood or panda because it nearest to the center. Also the price is affordable for solo traveller and maybe i will repeat this hotel for the next trip. Hopefully the management will maintain the good enviroment.

It might be a budget hotel but when you're checked in, you are greeted by friendly staff (friendly throughout our stay). Check in was smooth. Hotel was super clean (the hotel, lobby and our room), don't worry guys, when I said it's clean, I mean it's literally sparkling clean. The room was bigger than what we expected (2 adult). Internet was good and that includes the tv. Aircondition and hot water was functioning well too. To conclude, everything was good during our stay. Parking available in front of the hotel (unless you came on Wednesday because got pasar malam, just have to wait till they're done and the parking will be available). They don't have lift, just use the stairs (only 2 floors). Overall, it's good for business stay or those looking for a safe stay in a budget hotel. Highly recommended.

During my recent visit, I noticed that the entire hotel, including the rooms, has been renovated. The rooms are now much cleaner and come with additional amenities. I especially appreciate the inclusion of an ironing board and a convenient rack in the bathroom for toiletries—something that was missing during my last stay. The improvements have definitely enhanced the overall experience.

Just the hotel doesn't have a lift but overall everything is fine and the room is comfy.

* Provides Toiletries and plenty of bottled water * Family room is very spacious * The beds are huge! * Close to a 7/11 and a clinic…which was great as my family became ill because of the heat. * The air con works really well * Not the best looking room but of the four hotels I’ve stayed in Malaysia, this was the best value * The staff here are 5 star. Everyone has been super helpful and friendly. We had issues with the parking as the machines were broken and the app only accepts Malaysian bank cards. The receptionist paid for our parking using his card and we paid him via cash. When leaving our room, we saw the cleaner and asked him for extra towels and toilet rolls. Not only did he provided what we asked for, he also asked if we have enough body wash, water, toothpaste etc… The staff also made sure to greet us whenever they saw us.
