First the staff who are very friendly, smiling, humble & welcoming. Mathan was the first staff who checked me in smoothly 👍. The location 2 minutes of walking to the Palm mall, the major hospital & being surrounded by restaurants & shops around as well as about 30 minutes of walking to the main bus termina' train station, the city center & many other malls and sites in city center. Good bright bathroom, the price, the calming lemon color of the walls, the decent WIFI, 2 water bottles / day, the daily housekeeping, the A/C, the kettle in the room.

The loud traffic noise due to It's proximity to the main intersection and roads, old towels, bed sheets & pillows, bed a bit too hard for me.

The air cond is good and the wifi is superb, considering is for work, the facilities provided actually quite good

The towel cleaniness look suspicious, suspecting the mark where someone used it be4 n cant remove the stain. The bed sheet, needs to do something, whenver i try to cover the bed sheet blancket, my skin iches n felt something crawling

Good wifi and mobile data connection. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner and water heater was working well. The price was reasonable. It is close to a shopping mall and restaurants, which makes it easier to find food.

In my room, one of the furniture is a bit damaged, which prevents it from closing completely. One of the light is also not functioning.

Please give a credit to the receptionist! He was super duper really2 helping me, handling my booking. I come with an OKU person, and he managed to offer me a better room at G Floor rather than 3rd floor. Thank you so much for your service. The towel not look to clean and bedsheets its like old bedsheets..need to use clorox to make the bedsheets get white . because its look like to old and can see the dirt a bit... And room smell a bit smelly..and house keeping very friendly

Location centrally located and easy to find. Room is large and ample praying space.

Is it standard that TV channels are not working at all budget hotel? However at Suria we have 2 channels working fine.

Honestly I say, don't complain what you paid.

1. Cleanliness, overall not satisfied. Linen have old stained. 2. Side lamps are broken and should do something on it. 3. Pillow old n hard. What ever it is please maintain the cleanliness and everything's.. can see that the property go beyond that.. Good luck n keep it up yaaa

The room was big. I like the channels in TV

There is dust n the room need to be cleaned. The bed was good n I really happy no bed bug. The toilet walls n glass need to be washed. N of course there is noise because of window is not sound proof. N the light behind the TV have no switch. The air-conditioning is not very cold n the remote to adjust air-conditioned is not working well

The location is convenient for me as it's near my relatives area. The area with lots of eateries and store. Parking lots still available.

The light bulb defect. No complaints and no replacement. The pipe got leaking but usable. It's a little waste of water. The should have technicians often check on all the rooms.

The service from the hotel, their staff was very helpful. Great location ,easy to find food.

Not really don't like,it just that maybe hotel can do some improvement to update their TV channel. Overall is all good.
