It's centrally located with a nice room, making it overall worth the money.

The only issue was the noise coming from the neighbor's room. It was quite loud, though not the hotel's fault. 😆 Another suggestion would be for the hotel to provide extra pillows, as the ones available are quite thick.

Malay female staff who are very good customer service.. talk civilly.. Female housekeeping (not sure Malay or Indonesian) is very good.. very civilized.. they always smile when there are customers.  Feedback

Sometimes the air-conditioned room is not cold.. there are no tissues.. Need to be more careful to regularly service or check the condition of the air conditioner..

A lot of parking available. Night Shift Staff ,- A chinese Uncle with Spec ( i could not recall his name) goes around the hotel every hour to ensure the safety of the visitor is under control. Thumbs up for him.

some rooms are good, some rooms need to be upgraded. I hope to the S2 management to have more connecting room doors..

Everything nice. The room is super big. Very clean room. AC in good condition. Nice place to stay. Staff are friendly. Will come again.

Bathroom need to do Spring Cleaning project to remove the black stain around wall tiles and floor tiles area.

simply clean and good place for pit stop for rest and fresh up. easy access to highway and nearest distance for aeon, banks, restaurants and some convenience stores.

old building, my room is 216. aircond need maintenance. cold, but it too slow. Toilet bidet leaking. aircond outside compressor porch is dirty and good rubbish. existing uneducated customers throw rubbish and cigarettes butts near aircond compressor. Dear management please check it out aircond compressor porch all. it seem dirty.
