One thing I didn't like is the room space. Tak expect kecil begitu. Susah juga nk solat sebab ruang agak limited. But it worth the money. What we pay, is what we get.

I like the hotel enviroment. Its secure and have 24 hour receptionist. The front desk also have a friendly personality. It easy to ask something with them.

Maybe need a bit decoration in my room. As the wall beside the bad have a poor maintenance regading the paint peel off and maybe a bit damp due to near another room bathroom. Maybe you can just have a nice decoration at the particular part of wall.

Room was ready for me when I checked in late at 11.00+pm as I stated in remark during booking that I might be late and the room should not be given up (double booking due to late no show.). Parking was free at the RESERVED lot in front of the hotel. Had only 3 parked cars including mine and there was a few more RESERVED parking booked by the hotel from the council I presume. Receptionist came out when she saw me arrived and opened the main door and promptly checked me in. Returnable cash deposit RM100 with receipt. Room was as expected, one single bed, good quality mattress and comfy pillow with clean sheets. Window not much of a view except of the back lane facing other back of shops which was quiet and perfect for a good night's sleep. Curtain works well. TV had only 2 channels but not there for TV so it is fine. Bathroom was big and as expected. Overall I liked it, simple and booked at low rate just for a night's stay. In the morning, there is a chinese noodle shop on the left and a mamak nasi kandar/roti restaurant on the right. I believe there are more food shops at the back of the hotel but I did not check them out. Overall it is good and clean. Thank you.

Found a strand of hair on the wash basin and the floor was a bit sticky. Can do with a good mopping or provide a pair of slippers for guest.

Second time staying here. All good, clean and comfortable. Fast response from the hotel, as I wanted to inform them I will arrive late at midnight around 2am, due to heavy highway traffic, I am still able to check in my room at midnight, so thank you for the hotel staff.

The toilet floor in the room I stayed in on the 3rd level is very slippery, and I'm not sure of the reason. It's very dangerous if anyone is not aware of it at first.

The room is clean and comfortable. Kota Kemuning is a very convenient place to stay. Breakfast stall is open as early as 7.00 am, there are McDonald’s & Starbucks nearby. Laundybar is easy to locate too.

The parking spot is quite limited. Some cars didn’t park properly so it’s quite a nuisance for us to park nearby the hotel.

Very comfortable, quite place. Toilet is small but clean. Can easily get hot and cold water from the water dispenser outside the room. Good location, lot of Chinese restaurants within walking distance. Have free parking provided.

Would prefer to have a clothes rack.

The staff were so friendly and easy to talk to. They provided us extra pillow for us to be comfortable. The facilities provided really helps us. There are also a nearby convenience store.

The wall a bit thin. We could hear the other rooms noise in the middle of the night. Since it's world cup season, we couldn't watch the match through your TV due to unsubscribe the channel.

- Warm & pleasant hospitality by the staff - I left my personal Wifi router after checked out but only noticed this while on the way back to Johor. The staff in charge honestly kept the router and safely returned to me.

The rooms were so clean, the staffs were so friendly and helpful.... Definitely recommended for those prefer near to convention centre

Beautiful bathroom door, cupboard was huge, drinking water is available with option of cold and hot.

The towel is quite small, its okay. But would be better if it was bigger. :)
