The location is very convenient and easy to access. The receptionist is good, always put a smile on the face. Make me felt welcomed.

The room it's not soundproof. Lots of noise early morning when it's supposed time to sleep.. it comes from other customers making noises , myb they just come from having fun.. I was awaken few times since got shocked with loud noise and I'm a bit scared since I'm all alone.. but, considering the price, it's Okey.. not a big issue at all.. still acceptable..

The hotel is perfectly located within a short walking distance from some nice restaurants and cafes. There is also a night market outside the hotel on certain evenings with local food and various sundry items.

Very clean, hygenic, staff friendly, markets and food place so many...easy to get grab and very safe and secure. Definitley will stay here again if i come back here

There is no breakfast but the dim sum restaurant next door more than makes up for it. Otherwise, just behind is a very nice restaurant that sells very good Penang food.

I can hear noise from next room. But so far my family and I really satisfied with this hotel.

The location is good with accessibility to convenience stores and restaurants. Check-in process was a breeze. Hotel Staffs were friendly and the room was clean.

Able to hear the noises from the corridors and other rooms. the sound-proofing can be improved further.
