I’m a frequent customer at this hotel. The main reason I keep choosing it is because of the convenient location. There’s a food court right in front of the hotel, and a nearby clinic within walking distance. There’s also a self-service laundry downstairs, which makes it easy for me to do my laundry. Just a short walk away, there’s a Chinese restaurant (I think it’s Klang Bak Kut Teh). It’s also close to Farley Supermarket and Sing Kwong, which makes shopping easy, even though it’s a bit farther from the Sibu Central Market. Overall, it’s a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

I think no need deposit because already paid by online. Sometime traveller not bring cashless and just waste time when to check in. Please think to change next time, like salim inn hotel book same after paid and no need deposit.

Location is near farley,sing kwong and food facilities.

My room cant see near the window. Have bad sound from other property make cant to sleep. The tv not user friendly. Most chinese language, need to upgrade to android tv so ease customer can choose any channel.

The rooms are very clean with modern set up. Comfortable king size bed. convenient with laundry shop nearby.

Location was quite off from centre of town. Still convenient becoz there's eating places there.

The location was close to the grocery store, food court, and laundry. The bathroom is so nice and clean.
