Check-in staff were very efficient. Pls note that they dont stay at the place full time. they come in around check in time. so if you arrive early, just call them. room was clean and comfy. toilets are clean. if you drive, you can park your car/motorcycle close to the room

nothing in particular. but maybe if there has to be a change, consider maybe having 2 aircon units per 4 bed dorm. i was the only person in the entire dorm, in the afternoons, the aircon takes a while to chill. but this is not a major issue. its very manageable. by evening/night, the aircon works better.

1. Friendly staff, which were the lady at the receptionist and an uncle who was a retired army. 2. Helped me to find slots for Rainbow Waterfall and Sunrise Hill package with strangers since I came alone. The package is totally worth every penny and seconds spent. 3. Peaceful setting in which it's tranquil and quiet. 4. Overall ample parking space. I stayed in Japanese Double Room and my parking is just besides my room. Super convenient! 5. Room is uniquely designed. AC is well-conditioned and the water pressure was satisfying. I saw an advertisement that they are "permanently closed". Hoped that they are closed for refurbishment/renovation work as it's really a good place to be close with nature in Pahang. Thank you so much for everything.

Minor improvement is to install Wi-Fi up until the room areas as it is only available at the lobby zone. Other than that, nothing much cuz I enjoyed the stay!

I have an event at Sungai Lembing. Stayed at T-Box for 1 night. Staff very friendly. 1 staff was waiting for me since I check in quite late at night. He upgraded my room from single room to backpackers container, but let me stay alone in that 6 beds room. I checked out early in the morning. After my event finish, i came back to T-Box, the owner very flexible to let me use the shared bathroom. Overall, I enjoyed the experience.

If you're a nature lover, this place is superb. You can go hiking, watch waterfall, go fo a hanging bridge and be expose with the river and the serene surrounding of the greeneries environment. Plus, it is cold in the morning too. There's Muzium Sg. Lembing that retold the story of the mining activities of the place once upon a time whichbyou can go and visit. You can also go to picnicking at the nearby river. They can help you to book for watching the sunrise activity+hiking to the Rainbow Waterfall (they will bring you with a 4wd transport).

The place doesn't provided breakfast or buffet service. However, there's outside stall and restaurant which you can go and 'tapau' the food. There's halal and non-halal restaurants nearby. The Sg. Lembing mine was closed during our visit for 2 years since the pandemic, but they told us that it will re-open on October 2023, which will make me to come again one day.

Very near to Sg Lembing museum and padang. Take the cabin room only if you are not claustrophobia. See pictures just enough to lie down and sit. Good parking space for car. Room very cold.

Toilet is outside which could be inconvenience for some. Very tiny have to crawl in. Room only for single backpackers. If you've sleep in capsule before should be ok. For Muslim have to go to nearest surau to pray as there is no surau.

Clean rooms, beds were comfy with clean sheets. A good place for short trip! Staff was helpful to re-send the our invoice after our stay because the invoice issued during check-in was incorrect

Opted for automated payment but it turned out that payment wasn't charged so it was abit of a hassle to call booking.com for confirmation during check-in and had to pay at the property. Would have preferred automated scheduled payment via booking.com

We were a group of senior citizens travelling together, so we were not looking for great outdoor adventure. However, we enjoyed the mountain view as our rooms faced that direction, and the peaceful environment. I like the water dispenser outside the office for us to top up our water. A good way to reduce plastic waste.

The insects kept on flying into our rooms when we switched on the room light.

The worker who dutied at night brought many friends to the common area for chatting until 3am. This strongly disturbed my resting time and I felt unsecure for a single female traveller. Fortunately this happen just one night out of my 3 nights stay.

The view is nice, i got the very end room near the woods, so it was so very quiet at night. The check in and check out time is relevant. The tatami mattress were so comfy. The room was spacious.
