the whole facility looked like it was well taken cared of and the rooms are clean and tidy upon check-in. daily housekeeping service also did a good job of keeping the rooms clean, neat and tidy. response rate to guest requests are also above expectation.

the buggy service was unavailable at times as it was under repair/maintenance. we had an elderly guest and moving in and around of the facility was a bit hard but the scenery at most of the viewing points more than made up for any shortcomings she experienced.

If you like quieter place like me, you’ll like this place. You can really take in the scenery from the balcony of the room. Just take note that there’s no lift, but I already knew that before I booked, so it didn’t came as a surprise. I still took the highest level anyway to enjoy the view. Plus, the staff is very friendly and will help with the luggage, even at checkout! Another note is that the toilet is shared between the 2 rooms in the apt. Room has been refurbished and comfortable. Cleanliness was ok. The food at the Chinese restaurant is delicious, a little pricey, but the steamboat was worth it. We enjoyed our stay overall~

Outstanding rooms just like the last time when we stayed in Dec 2022. We booked the Shasta Suite. It had a huge master bedroom with spacious attached toilet with a full king-sized bed. Then there's a second room with a queen bed, and 2 very small rooms with single beds. Beds were super comfortable. Bathrooms were all equipped standing shower type, very clean. Spacious sitting area with 2 sets of 3-seater sofa with 1 single sofa and a modern 55" tv with YouTube/Netflix apps which worked a treat cos the wifi was very strong and fast. Wifi supported 5 phones with no issues at all. We had 6 adults and 4 little kids. Very comfortable and the kids loved running around the suite. Housekeeping was excellent and super prompt - my girl wasn't well and suddenly threw up while taking a nap and soiled our bed. The pair of ladies swiftly cleaned up and did a great job wiping down. There was no vomit smell thereafter. Food in The Lantern Chinese restaurant was really good and service was prompt and very good! We were very well-taken care of. Food in The Brasserie '85 was good but perhaps not as good at The Lantern. We really enjoyed our stay; it was a refreshing stay, no musty damp odours or weird sewage smells - the whole complex including the children's playgrounds were all very well-maintained.

The shower rooms in the toilets will benefit from having a sliding glass panel to prevent water from going out into the dry area of the bathroom. Nothing major really.

Loved the location the architecture of the building.

The rooms definitely needs to be refurbished upgraded. The day we checked in as soon as my son lay in bed his whole back turned red and itchy upon this we requested the staff to change all our sheets. The 2 lady cleaners who came in to do the job were very fussy and refused at first saying everything is clean and changing time is morning anyways i insisted and they changed. Didn't enjoy the breakfast needs International variety. The location is beautiful upgrading their rooms is most important it felt like we entered a room from 40 yrs back.

I love the surroundings of the hotel. We were welcomed by the blooming boat orchids planted in front of the entrance of the hotel. They were awesome! Another thing I like is the range of food offered for breakfast. I also love the pomelos, it was the sweetest pomelos I have ever tasted in my whole life! Lucky that during our stay there was a dinner promotion. We tried the Malay traditional cuisine, Nasi Bukhari and lamb shank set, and the taste was beyond our expectation! I learned that there are also tour packages for visitors and you may ask for packages at the lobby. We opted for full day package tour that brought us to the Mossy Forest and a few other visitors spots like Boh Tea Plantation, Strawberry Farms, Kea Farm to mention a few. I would definitely come again in the future!

This is our second visit, but this time there was no small towel to warm our feet in the bathroom. It would have been better if the small towel is given during the stay as the bathroom floor can be icy cold.

The location is quiet and calm, a bit up in the hills. Large choice at breakfast. Friendly restaurant staff. Rooms are clean.

Female staff at reception was not very friendly and welcoming. We did not receive any information about the activities that are organized in the hotel.

Space, fresh air and quietness. We were visiting for a night on Tuesday. We wished we would stay longer. Loved the food at breakfast. And lunch, dinner options were amazing!

Only uncomfortable thing was a cold toilet seat at night, which neighbors suggested to cover with the luxurious toilet paper available it the rooms. Did not have a chance to try, but I think it will work. Also need to remember that nights in Cameron Highlands are chilly, so we slept in our winter jackets 🙈👌

Location, Cleanliness, friendly staff, great ambience, decent breakfast.

No lift, no room heating, hot water is inconsistent. Locker didn't work on arrival - fixed soon after informing the staff. Hair dryer didn't work - replacement they gave also faulty. Minor water leakage in the bathroom - fixed but was leaking again the next day. All in all, minor inconveniences in an overall amazing experience.

We stay at Fresno Family Suite. The room is big, clean and comfortable. Perfect for a family of 4. The place is quite since it is at the top of the hill. We also order take away at Brasserie ‘85. The food is delicious and affordable.

It is challenging to go to this resort especially for unskilled driver and can’t drive at night. We end up did not go out at night.

Nice spacious rooms. Good breakfast spread. Cozy and safe especially when braving the strong howling winds in the night.

The corner parking near to my assigned block was cramp. I had to park elsewhere as the car was too big to squeeze through. The road leading to the hotel needs more lighting. The android TV channels (for Movies) are not working. The QR code is no longer valid.
