We spent the Christmas holidays at the stone hotel and it was the perfect place to celebrate this special time of year. The team were welcoming and attentive, service like this is hard to find on the local islands. At the helm is manager Paul who offered a home away from home and saw to our every need; the head chef made up for the nostalgia of our home cooked Christmas meal with crowd favourites and delicious surprises. There is choice and quality if you opt for half board. They even served us non alcholhic wine. The team couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing from the bar staff to the trolley guys we valued your service. The team onsite is very good and would recommend getting WhatsApp messages established to sort transfers etc. before check in. We stayed in a clean and comfortable family room but hardly spent time in it. The hotel lay on different events that add to the magic of the maldives. The most beautiful thing about this place is the view; whether you are at the infinity pool or the sauna it's a view you can savour again and again - it will be one that is hard to forget. We didn't try the excursions from this island but I heard other guests rave about their experiences and the professionalism of the excursion team. We will be back!!!

My only criticism is that there weren't enough sun beds/ bean bags/ loungers and that hotel guests should get priority over these. I also wish there was a games room to occupy children away from the sun.

The hotel being on a local island, my expectation regarding the hotel was moderate. However, I was surprised in all aspects. The breakfast is good. There is a big choice. Fresh fruits, self made pastries, croissants, sausage, waffles, cheese, fried omlette, eggs. Choice of tea bags. Brewed coffee, juice is ok. Cappuccino and fresh juice are extra charged and needs to be requested. I met the chef cook Karim Sharif, who is really a nice guy. The staff is really amazing. They are really friendly, helpful, always smiling. The beach is mostly ok, the only issue, lots of trash coming from the sea ashore. They did not clean it everytime. I think this is an issue of the local islands. It was still more than ok (see the pictures) as once in the water, you can go/swim further there is no trash. As the beach is long you can walk 2 to 5 minutes to the lagoon, there is almost no trash. The water is clear, still at the beach there is sea grass. It did not disturb me. We stayed first in a room, which was looking to the football field. We changed that to the panoramic room, which was really amazing. The view is fantastic, the room is great. Water is served regularly and on request you can have more water bottles for free. There are instant coffee, tea bags in the room. There is a bathrobe and a safe in the room. The roof top pool is amazing, with a great view. In front of the hotel you can relax on the nicely decorated swings. The local island has several restaurants. I liked the local restaurant Ranauraa, which is in a walking distance approx 8 to 10 minutes. There is also an ATM on the island. The mosque is approx 5 minutes away. The whole island can be walked in 30 to 45 minutes I guess. There are several agencies offering, water sport activities including fishing. Swimming 5 to 10 minutes from the beach, there are some corals and fish, it is ok to see some fish, but there are better ones. You can always request a buggy for free to go somewhere in the island.

House reef ok, not so many fish. Sea grass could be an issue for people who dont like it. Sometimes trash on the beach, I was for two weeks on the island, I saw they were taking measures to improve the situation. The weather in May is unpredictable, sometimes it is really nice, with no or little clouds. Sometimes it is windy and rainy. Just make sure you stay at least 10 days when going in May to the Maldives to have enough sunny days. Of course this is nothing the hotel can influence.

This place is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! This is probably best hotel I stayed after travelling a LOT. It is simply beautiful and just like pictured. Rooms are comfortable, beautifully designed, clean. Amazing STAFF! All of great humans working there are just most kind, hardworking and proffesional hoteliers I met across the world. Just at the footsteps of hotel gorgeaus beach with hammocks, pillows, sunbeds. Restaurant is amazing too, highly reccomend all the trips organized by hotel, Maldivian night and their transfer from airport. Just get everything there!

Thin walls. You could hear everything next door. It was too hot to explore the island on foot but there wasn’t another alternative as the bicycles were all broken. Some new bicycles or scooter rental would be helpful.

Brand new (2024) and amazing hotel on the best (bikini) beach on the island, we couldn't have picked anything better on the island. Friendly staff always willing to help, breakfast amazing. The hotel restaurant is the best restaurant on the island, we have been to try others but here they exceeded our expectations. The sunset from the hotel pool on the rooftop is something amazing. This problem is not caused by the hotel, it is a problem of the local islands, namely the garbage on the beach and streets. I recommend the hotel to continuously pick up the trash from the beach and they will have the most amazing beach on the island. Maybe in cooperation with neighboring hotels an even better result can be achieved. The hotel staff, despite being amazing, overlooked the trash on the beach and by the hotel. And there is a lack of easily accessible garbage bins at the hotels or on the whole island in general.

The pictures look amazing on the website but so much better in real life. Speedboat transfer was quick and really smooth. We received a welcome drink and refreshing towels upon arrival which was a nice touch. This is a place of peace and tranquility with an amazing view. The beach is so close to the property. There is also gorgeous rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi with a breathtaking view. We liked the room design, cleanliness and how the housekeeping team maintained it very well over our stay. We loved beautiful honeymoon decorations in our room. WiFi connection is excellent. Open buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. The meals were awesome, with lots of varieties. There is also amazing bar and many drinks options at the beach. Excursions were very well organized . We went for Dolphin search. All the staff are excellent and always ready to assist you with a smile. Huge thanks to TUAN who was always there for us. We would also like to offer special thanks to SONU who organised a really romantic candle light dinner by the beach for us which was extremely lovely and special. Truly great team work and coordinated approach to keep guests enjoy the hotel and holiday. This is truly paradise on Earth. Would highly recommend. ��

The place is new and the location is superb if you are looking for a place not too far from MLE airport - About 45 mins speed boat ride. I love the people on this small little island (This is an island with locals) where you can experience the local culture with their way of living. Cycling around this island only takes about 15 mins and you can get a free bike from the hotel. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful and great facilities available too with water sports or even scuba diving at a relatively affordable rate.

I had a hiccup when arriving at the airport where the immigration officer said the hotel wasn't listed in the government system and I ended up paying an additional USD180+ to book another hotel that was claimed by the officer to be legit/ registered. Of course, after I got out from the immigration counter and finally met the managers from the hotel, they tried their very best to clarify and help by showing me all the documentation and cancellations from the other hotel. Besides that, the toilet in my room has a foul smell which I suspected due to the sewage system of this newly constructed building.

- Lack of coffee/tea and juices during the lunch and dinner. Only water was available and rest was additionally paid. - we booked accommodation with full meal, however on 24th we has been informed that we need to pay additionally 40$ extra per head for Christmas gala. This type of charges should have a place when you are buying full meal option, and for sure we should be inform about it in advance, not on the day of event.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. After reading the opinions our expectations were not high, and the hotel extended our expectations in all aspects. The beach next to the hotel is narrow but beautiful, there is another very nice beach on the opposite side of the island. Breakfast good enough for few days stay.

The hotel is great for me. Nice staff, very good food and beautiful beach. Water sports on site. My room with ocean view from the corner has a beautiful view. Swimming with sharks, turtles and huge Mant is great. Everyone is nice and polite. Definitely the most beautiful hotel on the island. I fell in love with this place, I will definitely go back there
