The villas are super spacious and very nice with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Some are a little dated but well maintained with everything functional. The view from the villas is to die for. The food at Cibola was fantastic, and the other facilities at the sister resorts were wonderful! The housekeeping was excellent.

The water was not hot in the hot tub, bathtup, or shower. Some of the items around the villa pool were in need of a little touch-up. The hand rail going into the pool, and a few of the tiles were in need of some care. Please be very careful on the wet deck as it is slippery.

Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and the Montecristo Villas are their own big oasis. Lots of restaurants and pools and activities. The property is secluded and really let’s you get away and relax and you can go to the Pueblo Bonito sister resorts Rose and Blanco that are in town and right on Medano Beach if you want more action.

Everything was great. The only downside is the beach isn’t swimmable but you can go to the Pueblo Bonito sister resorts Rose and Blanco that are in town and right on Medano Beach. They have free shuttles between the resorts every hour or you can drive and park there for free if you have a rental car.

The location, staff, and amenities were exemplary! We were impressed with the service, the variety of food options, and the activities available on-site. This was a perfect holiday getaway with family.

We stayed in the private villas. Our only recommendation would be to have the service entrances locked for each unit.

The Villa my family and I stayed in was absolutely wonderful with an amazing view! Great restaurants, Incredible staff, especially our concierge, Raul, he went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were satisfied throughout our stay. The hospitality made me feel right at home! I will definitely come back again next year!

In times of the pandemic the Montecristo villas offer the perks of an all inclusive resort without the worrisome crowds. Each villa includes large separate 3 bedroom with full bathrooms, kitchen, private pool. The hotel offers wonderful assortment of meals in its nearby marketplace or room service. Although the property it’s self is located a fair distance away from the main sister properties with the full amenities of restaurants and main pool, vacationers can opt for a golf cart to rent and jet around the property.

breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. the services overall was outstanding. location of the property had an amazing view very calm and relaxing. maids, concierge, shuttles, connecting resorts and amenities were the best ever.

The place is fantastic. Great food, very clean, prime service, extremely confortable! Karen, our butler, was so attentive and did all she could to make our 25th wedding anniversary perfect. Highly recommended. We will come back for sure, many times!

Our villas was in Phase 2 which was directly across the street from The Market. This was perfect for us. I would have hated to be in Phase 1 on top of the mountain and have to wait for transportation every time wanted something to eat.

I didn't appreciate the Coffee Shop workers insisting on receiving a tip just to pour a cup of coffee. They took advantage of my young sons.

The villa was amazing, beautiful and well maintained. The Staff was amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. Steakhouse was great!
