great location on the beach and at one end of the Malecón close to Centro area and many restaurants and shops.

very friendly staff, comfortable bed and linens, great shower and beautiful pool area. grounds are well landscaped and I loved all the hammocks.

Sat night bbq, good food in restaurant, great views. Good service 👍🏼 Good beds!

Get an ocean view room so you can see the sunrise every morning. Loved the beach location, the Jacuzzi, the nearby wetlands. Good breakfast with lots of choices, even for a vegan like me. I liked all the seating areas where you could look at the sea.

Super noisy first night, as the hotel is close to a local party spot where people blast loud music until 2:30 am. Another two nights, we had college students above us jumping up and down and screaming. Also, the staff was not always responsive. There's no button to turn on Jacuzzi jets yourself. You have to ask staff, and they didn't get around to it or took 30 or more minutes.

The setting is perfect. It’s on the beach at the end of the malecón and the zone where locals “drag” in the evening. It abuts a nature reserve so birding is great. It’s easily walkable to any tourist elements and the city pier. The pool is lovely and miraculously there is a HOT hot tub ! Their breakfast buffet is outstanding.

The biggest drawback are the dogs. They belong to the property and aren’t aggressive. But they are still dogs and lots of them. They freely roam the on-site restaurant. Not our idea of “dining”. They’re also very assertive toward other dogs trespassing on “their” beach even though the nature preserve sign clearly says “NO DOGS”..local or visiting🤷‍♀️

I really enjoyed the location and the fact that the place had a nice restaurant (with the most amazing staff!), it was beachfront so sunrises were beautiful, also the pool and the jacuzzi were excelent to hang out in.

I was really confused by breakfast staff as they randomly ignored some people, gave extra attention to others. Last day, I had to leave early and I was told that breakfast starts at 7am, I got there by 7:10am, nothing was ready :(( And, if you get a room that is between restaurant and bar, be aware of possible noise, there were children screaming outisde my room when I tried to go to sleep early :') But everything gets quiet at 10pm.

Beautiful, quiet, safe, waterfront location. Well laid out property, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, adequate bathroom, decent restaurant, excellent full breakfast buffet, friendly and attentive servers and front desk staff. Easy access to Loreto malecón and downtown shops and restaurant (1/2 mile).

Bed a bit too short. No rice available at dinner (even though listed as a menu option)? Overpriced premium wines by the glass. Would have preferred national songs played by the guitarist at dinner, not old American standards.

The location is excellent. It is the only hotel on the beach in the main city of Loreto. It is at the end of the malecon not on the malecon, so it is not as noisy with the traffic noise that seems to ramp up every night. The available patio is an excellent place to watch the sun rise and eat breakfast. Good coffee.

The rooms south of the restaurant all seem to be adjoining rooms. The door between the rooms is thin and you can hear absolutely everything going on the the neighboring room We did not sleep well due to the loud conversations etc. in the adjoining room. The breakfast buffet was only so-so, not great.

The live music was great, and the breakfast buffet had lots of options. The fresh orange juice was amazing!! The kids liked the pool and and the adults enjoyed them”warm tub.” We got a free drink ticket upon arrival, which was nice. We asked for a crib several times before we arrived, but didn’t get one in our room. We had to leave to pick up family at the airport, so didn’t check the rooms when we checked in. The office was closed when we got back, and we weren’t given the wi-if password and never did get a crib for the babies.

No crib as requested. Not given wi-fi password, and we thought the beds were hard.

Hotel Oasis is great. The location is on the beach, the weather was balmy, the view wonderful and the staff was friendly. We ate both dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. For dinner I had fahitas my husband had pizza and a salad. Both dishes were very good and we had pizza left over for the next day. Our room included a Breakfast buffet.. There were lots of options including fresh chiliquilles. We were carting around an expensive bike on a bike rack which was safe in the secure parking area of the hotel. Overall we were very pleased with our experience at the Oasis hotel in Loreto.

The only negatives would be that our room had a tree that was used for the bathroom sink and bowl. This would have been fine except that the counter space leaned so if one placed an object on the surface it would fall off. We would have preferred a regular surface. Also the water was not super hot, however it was warm so it worked out.

I stayed here two nights, one on the way down to the east cape and once on the way back up. I was travelling with a one year-old pug. Reception gave us packets of squishy food both times. This is a very chill, dog friendly property--maybe too dog friendly. There are dogs everywhere and a pack of half a dozen can be seen at most any given time. They were all friendly and some had collars. Not too noisy or distracting but I like dogs. The aging collies are property dogs from what I gather. The reception and restaurant staff were friendly and competent. House keeping moved in on my room while I was making trips to the car in the morning and had my coffee cup in her hands as we passed on the walkway. WTF? The restaurant was hit and miss. The first night, steak and shrimp fajitas were very good. The buffet breakfast the next morning was meh. No OJ. No solo potato dish. Funky smells from the pork dishes. Coming back, the fajitas for dinner were only fair. No guacamole. Breakfast was very good with OJ, country potatoes and scrambled eggs with chorizo in the buffet. Received two free drink coupons from reception on the way down and one on the way up. I called them on it and they shrugged it off. A/C worked perfectly. Fair pressure with hot and luke in the shower. Fridge, microwave, decent bed (kinda' short for 6'3"). It's been here awhile and is in a great location, right on the beach, kinda at the end of the waterfront business area. The price and value were a fair deal, for sure. Coulda' been cheaper, coulda' been spendier. I'd go back and I hope to soon!
