We had a wonderful Valentine’s weekend at Hotel Boutique! We really enjoyed the resort amenities - especially the yoga and sound healing class and a spa day starting with a relaxing massage. The hotel offered good options for breakfast and the food at Fuego was well made and tasty.

We visited right after a few days of rain, so the road getting into the property was pretty rough. It’s secluded and it’s a bit of a distance to exit to the main road, so it took a bit more planning ahead to get to dinner reservations outside of the hotel.

We were upgraded to the Master suites it was such a nice area. The property is very nice beautiful pools. Food was excellent , service from everyone excellent . Chairs and fire pits on our personal deck very nice.

I would say room was a little warm . It would have been nice if room was cooled off prior it took awhile to cool room. Very high ceilings with one small air conditioning unit. Water pressure in shower bad one day better the next .

I made a reservation for their Restaurant Fuego via open table link in the restaurant website. When we arrived they told us they werw closing early and that they dont check open table, they received us but we had to eat in a hurry and with a limited menu. You should remove Open table from The Fuego restaurant website if you will not check the reservations there. It would be really helpful if when you receive your booking confimation they share also the restaurant opening hours.

Room was nice but not a suite like we paid for. The bed was really comfortable. No towels in room but when requested they arrived immediately and staff on sight and at bar pool were very friendly.

The bathroom sink was not clean and rust in sink. The shampoo and body wash were empty not filled. Found trash in bathroom. Staff at front desk were friendly upon check in but not at check out.

Everything went great from the moment we arrived. Front desk folks were very nice and accommodating room options since it was empty being right after a long holiday weekend. The rooms were beautiful, clean and very spacious. The service continued to be great at the bar, restaurant, housekeeping, poolside service, etc. We were having such a great time that we only left the property to go have our dinners off property that I had made. We didn't even make it to a winery we were having such a great time. We went during the week which was fairly empty and quiet. I have a feeling weekends are filled with families and kids running wild. Kids aren't a bad thing. But if you're looking for quiet and relaxation, this wouldn't be the place on the weekends. Bonus, we also got a free continental breakfast which included a mimosa. Even if you ordered off the regular menu, it was expensive. We'll definitely be back!

The lodging was incredible; the room was spacious and exquisitely decorated. The staff was courteous and professional. When we arrived at the front gate, we were announced to the registration desk. We were greeted by our valet that provided us two cold beers upon arrival and carried our luggage to our room. Although we had to walk through an area that was under construction, the walk was relatively short and pleasant. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was a nice feature. the extra large windows were amazing and allowed a panoramic view of the area. The Spa located on the property was heavenly! We each received spa treatments that were relaxing and rejuvenating. The employees were highly skilled, courteous, and attentive. The facilities were beautiful, well maintained and comfortable. Following our treatments, we were given herbal teas, cold water infused with herbs and cucumbers. We also enjoyed the steam room, warm salt water pool, and cold infinity pool. We enjoyed relaxing the sun and pavilion on large lounge chair/beds while fans perfectly cooled the air. We also enjoyed delicious lunch that consisted of a sampling of fresh oysters and a variety of ceviches provided by an extremely courteous and attentive waiter. It was a magical experience.

Our stay was nearly perfect. The only exception was the extremely long wait for service and food at the restaurant, Fuego. We waited for over 20 minutes after being seated, to have our order taken. once the order was placed, we waited for over an hour for our meals, which consisted of a salad and grilled vegetables. We had to request our meal to be brought out. When it was, the “grilled” vegetables were raw and undercooked. It was obvious that they were quickly sautéed and plated. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The restaurant is not recommended until the operation is improved to the expected standard of reasonable promptness and quality.

it was very clean outside, no matter where I walked around the property it was very clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful to whatever we needed. The restaurant upstairs was very good. drinks and food were great.

The road coming up to the property is really rough, takes forever because of how bumpy it is. You could also smell the Sewage water when you walk around certain areas of the property, it was pretty bad.

Everything was great, except there was heavy restaurant construction, and it was a little noisy during the day. However, they were kind, and the temporary restaurant location was set up well. The food is fantastic!

The staff was amazing and the restaurant food was delicious. The facility was well groomed and safe.

The road to the facility was not great

Our room was beautiful. It had a faux fireplace inside and a gas firepit outside. There was also a waterfall in front of the room. And I loved the cast iron bathtub!

750 meters of unpaved road! It was full of huge mud puddles. Everything else was perfect.
