The staff is very nice and professional. From the Security Guard at the entrance, the Front Desk ladies (am & pm shift), the waiters/waitresses and the Restaurant’s Captain and Bar tender make feel welcome and are very polite and friendly. Kudos to the ladies from housekeeping. They are amazing. My room was cleaned and my bed made esrly in the morning and the linens and towels smell amazing. Best beach (surrounded by cliffs which makes it private) with volleyball court and DJ music pkaying are all you need to enjoy the delicious food offered by the best Menu selection in Rosarito (from marlin tostadas to a delicious Tomahawk 2.2 lbs steak, and vegan friendly dishes). Room was very clean,bed was comfy. The view from room was beautiful view of the ocean. My room was ground level room that I requested. I'm disabled,it was easy to access.. Room has a fireplace,that was nice. Very quiet . Staff was excellent. Has restaurant and bar. Pool was open, but I didn't go in. I loved the beach access. There was volly ball, boogie boards, cornball and other variety of beach games. Our stay was excellent!

Water lacked warmth in the shower. The hot tub was not hot. Apparently the motor to keep it hot was broken. Aside from that, our stay was excellent!

Location pure magic. Breakfast, cafes pure magic. Staff pure magic!!! Amazing value for money We had walk to walk beautiful windows to observe the ocean, sunset and sunrise - magical!!

Small details - The shower in bathroom was wild made a huge mess. Pool not heated but Looooveed our stay!!!

I wish this beautiful gem would be fixed up. It’s old & needs some love. It’s my favorite place in Rosarito, I just want to see it looking as it did before.

The rooms are kind of old I think, there's no heater or a/c in the room, there's a tv with very few cable channels and the tv made a loud noise like interference, the furniture in general is old.

Excellent place for any sort of comfort. Yoga group next to beach every Sunday. All disco, patios, restaurant and cafe plus nice beach and pool outside are all available in one place.

No actual tv programs, not much appliances inside the room like no shower shelves or refridge iron blewdryer coffee maker etc...

The view was beautiful and listening to the ocean all night was mesmerizing. The location is awesome and as long as there's not a party going on, it;'s quiet and very relaxing. The included breakfast was nice.

The older portion of the hotel is very dated, but I guess that's the trade-off for good deals. It's doable, but a little updating would help. When there's an event, it can get very noisy and if it finishes late, sleeping could be a challenge.

We reserved a junior suite with a king sized bed. However, the room did no have a king sized bed. We were given another room the second night with a king sized bed. The wifi worked in the towers, but did not work when we were moved to the second room in the main building,
