The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the pool area and dining area were excellent very well kept.

I didn’t like the small spaces in the garage the good thing is that I have a small car or else I wouldn’t have space to park a truck, but he bedrooms the beds are hard also the pillows and the sheets smell like cigarettes there was only 1 working elevator and that was not pleasant also I feel like they needed to have more towels in the restroom they need at least a small fan in the rooms

Near everything. only a 15 min walk to papas & beer. staff was extremely helpful when i asked for extra blankets and towels. property has its own breakfast restaurant in the lobby and the food is for a good price.

no heat in the room so i suggest bringing a blanket or asking staff for a portable heater or blanket.

I like the bead and the breakfast was really good. Room can be a little more clean as we encountered ants around corners of wall in general in couple places of room.

The day when we arrive due to the fact that there were a lot people arriving. Poor service in my room spend one day no towels. No one was paying attention to essential needs. Stuff was overwhelmed. Room with a lot of potential because they appeared clean but needing deeper attention.

the location, how clean, the assistance, they have hot water, the have a bar and restaurant, front desk customer service, the pricing.

the pool looks like it needs a filter, sea food is great but they dont clean out the shrimp they served mine still had poop, guards can be aggressive for little to no reasons even while checking in. no heater

The breakfast is like no other, and it was included with our stay. It's served as a continental breakfast but in reality it is an amazing array of choices of true Mexican breakfast staples. We ate outside in the terrace by the pool and it was beautiful.

It didn't have AC but even though it was the hottest day, after a shower and the window open and the sound of the sea waves, it was a nice trade off.

Breakfast was delicious and the look of the hotel was so beautiful. The staff was outstanding, each and every one. They made our stay fantastic. Especially the night check security guard, he was so sweet and helped us so much plus he spoke mainly English which was a great bonus for my friend who struggles with her Spanish. The price was actually a little cheaper than what we saw online too. Very close to the beach.

The rooms are so cold and there’s no option in the room to make it warmer plus the blankets are pretty thin and don’t make you warm at all.

The elevators are very helpful. Parking is easy and the restaurant and small bar are convenient. there are ATM machines on property.

the widows are very dirty and the TV signal for many channels is not good.

Booked on very short notice for family trip. Great location, nice and welcoming staff. Nice restaurant staff.

Our room didn’t have a ceiling fan, so we won’t stay in summer. Just a friendly input for the guy who’s attending the line before check-in: if you ask someone to wear a face mask, then you should treat everyone the same and NOT make exceptions as you like. This sheds a negative image on the hotel. So better say nothing if you cannot reinforce a policy for 5 minutes. Just a friendly input.
