Very spacious and overall a beautiful resort

There was an included massage for each adult listed on the booking and when we were there the administrator said it was an error and did not honor the 30 minute massage which was the deciding factor for us picking this place.

Beautiful architecture and landscaping. Very lush and extremely clean. The entire staff is stellar and accommodating and fun. The ocean breeze is lovely. Growing up in San Diego and having abundance of Mexican food I have to say this is the best Mexican food I have ever had. The coconut shrimp pop in your mouth and has plenty of toasted coconut on it. Thedrinks are strong and delicious. My wife and I have been coming to Rosarito our entire lives and this was definitely one of our best experiences thus far thank you so much Vista Hermosa. You truly are beautiful!!!

Pools not heated and jacuzzi not working.

We have stayed here before. Location is perfect for my needs. The staff is what makes the experience even that much better. They are so nice and helpful. They make you feel welcome.

It’s not the properties fault but I didn’t like that the 30 minute massage was not included like it showed on booking. When I reserved my room it showed that a 30 minute massage was included. The hotel had no clue nor any idea that booking had this on their website. The manager had to contact booking.

I loved how the room included a fridge, microwave and sink in the kitchen. We were in a great spot with a view of the pool and jacuzzi (one of them, I believe there are two).The staff was kind and attentive. We stayed there for the Baja Beach Fest and appreciated being taken there for free each of the days. Overall we had a great time!

There was no internet available in the room, that would have taken the experience to 100%. I did not see breakfast was available so that would have been great as well.

Absolutely everything. We wound up here on complete luck after staying at a horrible hotel 15 minutes away. We booked the very last room on a whim and we were immediately pleased, Abel from the front desk texted us to confirm our reservation and invited us to come to the property before our room was ready which helped us as we still had a few hours until our friends got into the area. We were extremely happy and impressed to see the security at the gate, Abel then met us outside to greet us and welcomed us into the lobby to check us in. Our room wasn't quite ready so he walked us into the restaurant where Juan helped us and we got to sit outside with a gorgeous ocean view, the food was DELICIOUS and for a great price, they also make sure to give USD prices for everything so there's no guessing and all of their prices are transparent on the menu so you know you're not getting overcharged which we have experienced at other places while traveling. After lunch our room was ready an hour early so Abel helped us carry our bags upstairs and we got settled in. The entire staff was so sweet and accommodating the entire time and we couldn't wait to come back to our bar and the room every night. If we travel back to the area this will be the ONLY place we stay at!

No complaints at all

People are very cordial and friendly, Isidro, Gil, Felipe and Juan are extremely helpful! Food was good and drinks were delicious Our view was excellent we had the bike of the ocean and the pool from the bedrooms

The rooms were bright and the spa closed early probably as a suggestion an extra hour would be nice! At least until 11pm Would be ideal if they can have more coffee in the room Restaurant didn’t have expresso

What a nice resort! from the friendly gate attendant to the maintenance guys, I just couldn't be happier with our stay here. While we checked in, the clerk ordered us margaritas (on the house!) The room was large with a view of both the pool and the ocean. The restaurant was delicious. The pool and spa were spotlessly clean. It felt like an oasis. Well done Vista Hermosa! we WILL be back.

No phone in the room? but all staff carry little walkie-talkies so it really didn't matter. Besides...who am I gonna call anyway??

Resort was beautiful and the location was awesome!

It was a little pricey for no maid service, etc. The pictures on the website are a little deceiving, we changed the room for an up charge to what looked like the pics from the site and it was much better.

I like the view!!! Additionally, I was happy to see the restaurant was open. I have stayed in the two bedroom site with ocean view and I enjoyed that much more than room 103. I did not take the two bedroom as I did not need two rooms. I would probably take the two bedroom next time simply for the fabulous view. The hot tub was warm with a panoramic view.

I should have gotten a different room.

The restaurant is AMAZING. Olivia has to be the best bartender. Nelson is so friendly and helpful. All the staff really were extremely nice. The property is clean and you will feel very safe and it’s definitely secure. My experience was amazing.

They did charge us for the towels that were clearly not damaged or missing. But it was only 40 bucks. They really should just make that a mandatory charge. And the last day we were unable to use the jacuzzi bc it wasn’t heated up. I guess that’s what we get for staying on a weekday. Other than that I had a fabulous time.
