Very spacious and overall a beautiful resort

There was an included massage for each adult listed on the booking and when we were there the administrator said it was an error and did not honor the 30 minute massage which was the deciding factor for us picking this place.

beautiful ocean views, spacious accommodations, full size kitchen, huge bathrooms, Ysidro is a great property manager, great location if you are looking to surf baja norte and go to valle de guadalupe for wine tasting (about 45 min away). good for a weekend getway, even better for a longer stay.

on friday and saturdays, they have live music in the restaurant, but it will stop at 10pm. However, if you are trying to go to sleep before 10pm, it might be a little loud. The bedroom curtains don't block all of the light, they seem more decorative than functional -if you bring an eye mask you'll have no problem.

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at Vista Hermosa Resort, and I can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with a complimentary drink from the bar, which instantly sets the tone for the warm, relaxing, and welcoming vibe that carries through the entire stay. A special shoutout to Isidro, Juan, Alex, Hector, and the rest of the incredible staff, they truly go above and beyond. Their hospitality is unmatched. They make you feel not just welcome, but like you’re part of their extended family. And yet, that personal touch never takes away from the professionalism, cleanliness, and upscale feel of the resort. Vista Hermosa is beautifully maintained modern, elegant, and serene. Every detail, from the decor to the service, is clearly designed with care. The rooms are spotless, the amenities are top-tier, and the overall atmosphere is one of laid-back luxury. We felt cared for every moment of our trip, and it genuinely enhanced the entire experience. We had such a great time that we’ve already booked our next stay and plan to make this our new summer tradition.

The room was very clean with a nice living room area and 2 rooms. The pool had a great view and the jacuzzi was nicely heated. The staff was very friendly, let us check in early, gave us margaritas on arrival, and they were very helpful and offered to drive us to the market when we realized we needed something. The bartender was great! Food and drinks were delicious. Would definitely recommend

Room was on ground floor and felt somewhat open to the outside as the blinds were somewhat see through. There is not much to do directly around the hotel unless you have a car. This did not matter for us as we were going to a wedding and had a shuttle service that was taking us to and from the venue.

Beautiful architecture and landscaping. Very lush and extremely clean. The entire staff is stellar and accommodating and fun. The ocean breeze is lovely. Growing up in San Diego and having abundance of Mexican food I have to say this is the best Mexican food I have ever had. The coconut shrimp pop in your mouth and has plenty of toasted coconut on it. Thedrinks are strong and delicious. My wife and I have been coming to Rosarito our entire lives and this was definitely one of our best experiences thus far thank you so much Vista Hermosa. You truly are beautiful!!!

Pools not heated and jacuzzi not working.

The customer service was excellent, the food was really good in the restaurant, the welcoming drink was a great welcoming, they have a park for your pet, the suite was clean and remodel, they have live music on Friday. They have a spa and the pool and jacuzzi was clean. Planing already the next trip

That the first day the elevator had an issue but was resolved the next day. no beach access but a great view of the ocean.

We have stayed here before. Location is perfect for my needs. The staff is what makes the experience even that much better. They are so nice and helpful. They make you feel welcome.

It’s not the properties fault but I didn’t like that the 30 minute massage was not included like it showed on booking. When I reserved my room it showed that a 30 minute massage was included. The hotel had no clue nor any idea that booking had this on their website. The manager had to contact booking.

I loved how the room included a fridge, microwave and sink in the kitchen. We were in a great spot with a view of the pool and jacuzzi (one of them, I believe there are two).The staff was kind and attentive. We stayed there for the Baja Beach Fest and appreciated being taken there for free each of the days. Overall we had a great time!

There was no internet available in the room, that would have taken the experience to 100%. I did not see breakfast was available so that would have been great as well.

The rooms are very nice the bed was very comfy, and the staff, you couldn't ask for a better staff. Very accommodating.

Well the only complaint is that the restaurant is not open Monday - Wednesday So you have to leave in order to get food or drink. The only other complaint would be the pool is not heated, and kind of small.

People are very cordial and friendly, Isidro, Gil, Felipe and Juan are extremely helpful! Food was good and drinks were delicious Our view was excellent we had the bike of the ocean and the pool from the bedrooms

The rooms were bright and the spa closed early probably as a suggestion an extra hour would be nice! At least until 11pm Would be ideal if they can have more coffee in the room Restaurant didn’t have expresso
