I found most people of the staff very nice. The pools and the facilities are very nice and clean. People who work there seems very pride. Live music and events on weekends is a plus.

Front desk people although they're helpful I don't think they were too kind. The room was Ok, but Internet was unreachable. The bathroom door would close all the way and the shower wasn't a lot of pressure.

The location, vibes. Bar, pools! Rhat is so convenient to many things and places we wanted to visit

1. The only downfall for us was that WI-FI is not available in the room and certain areas! This made it difficult to navigate when we needed for research It was so annoying and frustrating 2. No A/C in rooms and no sink to wash your hands

Did not have mini refrigerator microwave no shampoo or Beach towels, no elevators for disabled people The partial view of the ocean was not even partial. Couldn’t really see the ocean view. As we were leaving, there was a big roach in the restroom running around

Everyone was so friendly and nice

Everything was fine except the fact that kids aren’t allowed in the yacuzzi and theirs no other hot tubs options for the kids, only pools with cold water, and the worst was that my kids were made to get off the yacuzzi but another family that was in the yacuzzi with their kids too were not told anything.

THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE,THE WAITERS WERE VERY ATTENTIVE, THE BEACH WAS RIGHT THERE THE VIEW WAS NICE FROM THE UPPER BAR AREA AND ROOMS, IT WAS VERY CLEAN THROUGH OUT THE PLACE,CHECK IN AND OUT WAS SMOOTH

THE BEDS WERE'NT TO COMFORTABLE AND THERE WAS NO AC IN OUR ROOM BUT THEY DID PROVIDE A FAN,THE RESTAURANT ONLY OFFERED BUFFET,BUT THE FOOD WAS DECENT AND THERE WASNT ANY OTHER PLACES IN DISTANCE OR LOOKED TO SAFE TO GO TO

This place was great! We loved how close it was to everything, but with the great pool and service we didn’t even want to leave. It was close to a grocery store and a ton of restaurants. Rosarito beach is only a 15 minute drive north! The sound of waves fills the whole place and is so relaxing. We will be back!

This hotel was really beautiful and very family friendly. They have parks for kids , pools , a mini zoo, helicopter rides and a very delicious buffet . My family and I really enjoyed our stay they had everything there so we didn’t have to leave the resort to have fun, it felt very safe too.

The inside pool was really nice. The kids loved it and were able to swim till late. Kids really enjoyed the playground and petting zoo. Also the kids loved the pizza and the pool side tacos were really good at the open pool area. And the prices for eating at the hotel were very reasonable. Great good at a good price.

Beds were ok. Nothing fancy. Rooms were pretty standard.

Room was good and clean, however there was no kleanex towels or handwash towels The view was also good as expected, Pool was good however not enough seating area and equipment, unfortunately there was not beach access.

The place is really nice. Indoor warm pool, wich is necesary in rosarito. The rooms are comfy and big, with tv. The gardens are great. Overall really nice. Nice breakfast buffets.

If you are handicap, or in a weelchair, or and elderly person in a walker this is not the place to go! No ramps at all. You have to go up.and down stairs for everything. And for the restaurant you have to go down at least 25 stairs. No elevator. This is bad. Also the menu in restaurant us limited!
