Location is about 5 min from the center. Does not seam far until you walk at night or multiple times a day to the center (it was safe). You definitely can hear the street noise, cars. If I stay here again I would ask to stay in the inside even if I don’t have a balcony. Our room was right on top of the hotel bar and can definitely hear it. After a couple of days your brain gets used to it but I would have not mind if it was not there.

The room was comfy, and had AC, which isn't needed most of the time, but is super nice to have. Pillows had some volume, which I love! Breakfast was much better than budget hotels in the US, and portions were huge. The chilaquiles with red sauce were our favorite. Breakfast wasn't included for the kids, but the kids menu breakfast was well under 10 usd. and would've been plenty of food for most adults.

The bathroom had some smell coming from the drains, we just kept the bathroom closed, and it was fine. Beds were small for doubles, I wouldn't put 2 adults in one bed unless you really like to cuddle! It would have been nice to have an outlet and a smaller lamp accessible from the nightstand.

Staff, price, room, outdoor view, location and pool . American Continental breakfast was Mexican Restaurant dish prices were great

Not enough wall outlets, toilet to short, not enough towels, no hair dryer, jacuzzi had no timer, I see wrong that our breakfast experience with a toy g adolescent had no choice but to eat and drink something that is more for adults, example breakfast included coffee and only coffee , the introductory fruit dish was very small portioned. I would have rather ate a fruit bowl instead of the only dish we were limited to. Other that that all was great

The location and hotel were as advertised. Nice and clean place the cleaning people and the security were very nice.

The reception staff had horrible customer service. I can say friendly and inviting was not there strength at all. The Restaurant was atrocious there were 2 hr wait to be seated and after being seated another 30 min to an hour to take your order we ended up leaving to a restaurant across the street from the hotel.

It had secured parking

Ac was not working 100 & no coffee on site only available on restaurant hrs. Front desk did offer hot water but 1 hr later I feel asleep . It was chilly that night so me & my daughter wanted coffee to chill by pool but no access to pool after hrs smh . Beware on leaving at 5am ! To cross over the Rosarito police robbed us $400 after putting gas down street ! or no funds my husband goes to jail and take our car … there is tic toc videos about the same police men on day light robbing citizens of monies

I love everything about the property me and my family love how clean and very taken care of we are as guests also the parking is very safe. The pool is amazing and the fact that you can just walk to the beach.

The beds were to soft I feel like they should be changed as my back and sides were hurting through the night and I’m at 22 year old that has never had a back ache in my life was tossing all night but a bed upgrade should be made.

shower is out dated and some of the grout inbetween the tiles are dark and need to be replaced. bathroom fan was very loud when in use and needs to be replace as well. A table lamp would have been nice, All lites are in the cielings.

The staff was really kind and helped me with freezing of ice packs I needed to keep my husbands meds frozen every day. There is no refrigerator in the room but they didnt mind putting my ice packs in their break room freezer.. I was in a big bind and I really appreciated that...they went over and above helping me. God bless them all.

The room was clean, it had a balcony I could step out to to enjoy the view. The staff was nice and polite but also respected your privacy. Had the whole set of clean towels that look appealing and match the room to give it a professional look.

There wasn't much that I didn't like, I would of prefer a location more center toward the tourist center but it was located withing walking distance of it. And I'm sure if you prefer quieter settings when sleeping then it a perfect location

I liked that it was a short 8-10 min walk near papas and beers where my mom wanted to go. There was a swimming pool. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. I booked the room for my mom’s birthday and she had a great time. It’s close by to a lot of stores and taco spots as well. The room was clean and comfortable.
