Excellent stay..highly recommend. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect...next to coffee shop, close to restaurants and a couple blocks from shopping area with Walmart and Sam's Club, around the corner from bank atm and OXXO convenience store. Hotel also has supply store to buy water and snacks. Has laundry area (though some machines were out of order or in need of cleaning) but they worked. Room was spacious and CLEAN. Staff was constantly cleaning hallways, rooms, etc. Spotless! Room has kitchenette though no pots and pans or cutlery, just good size fridge, stove top and microwave. Great Wi-Fi!! We were on 3rd floor (there is elevator) and our Wi-Fi was fantastic. Safe area and secure locks on hotel lobby. We will definitely stay again. Very happy with our stay.

We enjoyed most everything. I wish there were softer pillows, but overall bed was comfortable. Laundry machines need a deep clean, some were moldy when you pulled the detergent drawer out.

The staff was very friendly and the facilities was very clean. Location was perfect since it was in walking distance to the hospital that my son had his gastric sleeve done. With both of us Americans we felt safe to walk the 5 minutes to the hospital. I also felt safe to walk back late at night so I could sleep in the hotel room while my son was at the hospital. Also secured parking for our vehicle.

The only negative part was I stayed 6 total days was they only had 4 washers working but no dryers that were serviceable.

EVERYTHING IS FINE, THE HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN, THE MAIDS ARE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY ALWAYS GREETED YOU, THEY HAD A VERY POSITIVE SMILE. I WANT TO CONGRATULATE GLORIA AND CLAUDIA FOR THE HARD WORK THEY DO EVERY DAY. I AM LEAVING VERY, VERY HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

There is only one person at the front desk who has a bad temper. She was there in the afternoon. I don't know her name. I was also in room 222 and had an electrical and internet problem,

The location is great! It's close to the freeway , malls and restaurants.

The room smelled funny, and the bathroom floor wasn't too clean, but for the price, it's what it is. I got a room on the bottom floor near the entrance, and I could hear a lot of noise from people late at night and also early morning, but again, for the price, it's decent

Value, parking, location, clean, safe and quiet, great staff, room layout, extra blanket and pillow, armoire type closet space, desk and relaxing chairs, TV, Fridge, hot plate, micro-wave, outlets, usb and line, comfort, room lighting and temperature control.

Bed board needs rounded corners and level is higher than most bed boards. Short on towels. Towels are very poor quality. Needs night reading lights. Need to ask for / from front dest iron service, and extra towels.

The service was fast and easy at the check in and check out.

The bed backrest is really noisy, people in the other rooms made a lot of noise, if they are having intimacy or whatever you should have a bed backrest that does not make noise.

The best thing that I like about this property was everything was close by to this property anything you wanted to do is right there

The only thing I didn’t like was the rooms did not come with a smart TV so you can add Netflix or apps to watch certain things that you wanna watch and you cannot put it to English or different languages everything else besides that was great

I like the stuff and that your car is secure

The security guard was mean and lazy and didn't want to open the gate chain and wanted us to go back to the entrance when there was only one way to exit.

Good comfortable beds, rooms with kitchenettes. Great service, clean areas. Decent gym (weights).

There is an air compressor right next to the room 216 window. It's running all day and night and it's very loud. I had to buy ear plugs to sleep better at night.

The bed, the bed made a lot of noise if you’re trying to have an intimate moment with your partner, it will be very hard not to make noise
