The hotel was exquisitely elegant. The various artwork displays throughout the premises were extraordinary. The pool was refreshing and provided the necessary shading to relax by the pool side. The rooms were enormous. The day I visited this hotel was very hot, but the flexibility to adjust room temperatures made my stay quite comfortable. The bathroom was spectacular! I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. I've recommended this hotel to all my friends and family.

On our own, we had to place the cushions on the outside lounge chairs near the pool. It would be nice to have the cushions on the lounge chairs already.

The grounds and room were spectacular, very elegant and comparable to resorts in Palm Springs California. There were many good restaurants in Tecate.

Whoever designed the grounds did not provide a elevator or driveway to the entrance of the hotel so you have to hike up a flight of 40 or so steps with your luggage. The hot tub was not in operation during our stay. The hot tub is a little unsafe as there are no steps or railing to get into the tub.

It felt like a sanctuary of peace and art. We had just come from a wonderful rustic environment of a Bahía de Los Angeles trip and it was a lovely place to spend a night before crossing over the border and returning to our lives in Los Angeles.

There was a lot of construction going on outside - workers were welding and pounding on the upper area of the property.

Very quiet, beautiful property, clean, room very spacious, big tv, comfortable beds, big bathroom with double sink, walk in shower and separate bathtub. Mini fridge, mini wine fridge available in room. No carpet! ☺️ Big closet w/safe. Coffee mugs and accessories inside a glass box 👍🏼 not out in the open.

Parking lot had some dark shady spots.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the Jacuzzi. Also, we walked over to the bar/grill, which was onsite. We mainly stayed there because the bartender was great and we made friends there too.

The pool was too cold to swim in but it was also the middle of winter so we were ok with that.

Always liked everything about it! Location, relax, classy, great staff, amazing pool and famous restaurant and bar, safe parking. Safe premises with 24hr security guard at gate. Private terrace for rooms, spacious!

The hotel is stunning! I found the hotel using the BringFido app because O have a small dog. When I arrived, they said they don't allow pets. I was able to stay, because she is a service animal. They were very kind, but they should not be listed on the app as being pet-friendly.

The location was so nice up on the hill with a view of the city was amazing the service was good a little slow with the room service but they made sure our needs were met. receptionist were really helpful and them being bilingual was a plus .the room was beautiful and clean very and spacious I loved my room . the house keeping was a plus and very helpful the balcony was spacious too clean for my 1 year old to walk around overall I loved my stay and will be returning back

the bathroom faucet was loose I was worried my 1year old would yank it off

Hotel is beautiful, artful and very clean, we loved our rooms, very spacious, comfortable beds, beautiful and large restroom with tub and shower. We requested room service for breakfast and everything was delicious!!! Very good size portions and very good coffee. We did a family weekend trip and my niece and nephew absolutely loved the pool and terrace on the Jr Suite, very spacious!!!

The drain in the tub was not working properly and took a long time to drain. The AC in the living room/dinning room didn't work, however they did have ceiling fan so it helped a bit.

The property is absolutely stunning! I’m extremely content with everything!

I didn’t walked the all property, but wherever I was around it was just beautiful!!!!! I like everything!
