Very clean and modern Hotel. Large spacious rooms, beautiful bathroom w nice amenities. The beds were very comfortable w several pillows available to get cozy while watching the nice sized TV. They even brought us a coffee pot and coffee for our room! Lots of good choices for a really nice breakfast in the Restaurant.
Bad water pressure in the shower which was exacerbated by the very large shower head… Only1 wire coat hanger…? Need more coat hangers and/or hooks to hold clothes, etc.

I like the rooms. The bathroom was Barry Clean.
Since I came with my family, I needed extra shampoo and conditioner for showers, and I had to ask for it. The thing that I didn’t like is that we were in the Jacuzzi, and nobody came to offer a strength. My husband had to go and ask if a person can actually come and help us out. and I wish that breakfast was included.

Excellent place to spend the night. Everything works perfectly well and the room was spacious, functional and clean. There is a pool outside, and a jacuzzi. The gym is simple but does the job for the traveler. It is a great value.
No included breakfast. TV did not work at the gym.

Love the Hotel ! Service is great! Clean, front desk guy was very nice, professional and efficient. It's the second time I stayed in Kumiai hotel. I highly recommend it.❤️🤗

I really enjoyed the breakfast. My kids enjoyed the pool.
It would have been nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room.

Everything was great, but.... the Wi-Fi and the TV signal sucked, at least in our room, tv keeps lagging and wi-fi never connected

The shower had small rocks on the floor. It's not good for a person like me who has nerve damage.

Nice , accommodating staff. Clean facility. They also provided us with an in-house shuttle, which was great. Looks lively on the weekend (though the rooms are quiet) and I've been told the food is good.
It's a bit spartan, though fine for our purposes.
