It was very calm, and spacious.

I didn’t liked the restaurant. The only option was the buffet, for 400 pesos. I asked if I could simply order “a la carta”, but that was not possible. There are very good restaurants at a few steps from the hotel, so I chose another place to eat.

Location 15 min to downtown area and to the shopping area witch has great shops near movie theater hidden behind them great stuff to buy nothing like the one in rosarito . Downtown area has some great shops . Dinner is good steak and fish and great bar and morning breakfast looks good to. Nice bar safe in parking area. Board crossing 45min wait at 935 am

The sound flushing the toilet vibration in pipes to much air in line i think. The door has nice gap brings cold air in front door have to put a towel down room 12.

Pool. Needs to be clean. And. Whe where beside the laundry .. to much noise ... the wifi didint works

Was easy the place was nice but no restaurant after hours really did advise me of places around but it was nice for last minute Location

T,Beds weren't comfortable, tv some channels no volume it felt like a 70 dlls.room

room service was great, I like the attention about the room cleaning

it was too many noises thru out night maybe cuz the kids on 2 floor and don’t like the idea to be able to check in until 3pm especially when u travel far and just want rest when as soonest u get to the hotel .. got there 12:30 but not able to check in until 3pm 🙁

Rooms were clean and the facility was great.

Service at the restaurant was slow, no jacuzzi and very bad TV service signal.

I liked the helpfulness of the staff and the attention given during our stay.

That the pool and bar closed early.
