The grounds and layout was lovely. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The water in the habitation was not potable, but that was not really surprising; it is common is many places in Mexico. We had bottled drinking water with us so that was not a problem.

Loved the layout of suites around mini interior courtyards. It was comfortable, clean and very easy to get on and off the highway. Though there's a large kitchen area, it's not equipped for cooking ( no pits and pans) and really for eating you'd need your own utensils.

Though we heard no street noise, we did hear furniture scraping on the tile floors from adjacent units. It didn't last long but be aware there could be noise from the neighbors.

Access, the room and parking was great.

The breakfast was less than expected. The worst part was that loud people drank and partied around the pool area until 3:00 in the morning.

It's a real nice facility, the location is perfect, the staff very friendly and welling to help If you need anything.

It would be nice if they pay attention to the request of costumes, regarding to mattress, we ask for a replacement since one of the beds had a deep on the center, but they onely flipped over.

The staff was so helpful as we had to stay extra days. They were very accommodating and fast to respond. We liked that there is a window and fresh air in the room.

The wifi could be stronger. Yikes in the bath needed repairing, but we think that room was under repair. They let us have it more nights because we had a unplanned, needed stay due to car repairs.

Continental breakfast was just bread products and coffee. Coffee maker in room didn’t have coffee.

Spacious, clean rooms with a wonderful bathroom/shower. Incredibly comfortable and large beds as well! Lots of parking, so great for those driving in. A little far from the center, but there are stores/restaurants nearby.
