The location was just perfect for this travel, as I was going by bus, this hotel is just across the street from the bus stations, and the locations is fairly good to reach the places I was looking for.

The AC made an intermittent noise, I think the fact that it wasn't continuous allowed it to wake me up a couple of times during the night. Everything else was just great, I appreciate the staff being really helpful and friendly.

The TV cable choice. There are cheaper hotels with better cable service than this one. Especially if the stay is overnight and all you want to do is lay back. The ice machine wasn’t working as it should. It took me about 20-25 mins (not an exaggeration) to fill up a small buckets.

The hotel met all our expectations - it is clean, has good breakfast and good wifi, and is comfortable (we preferred to use our own pillows though). The best of all was the staff. I lost my engagement ring, and called the hotel a couple hours later in a panic. My ring was found and it is currently on its way to our mailing address! I am so grateful for the quick and kind attention from the personnel on this issue.

Serviceable hotel very near the main bus terminal. A bit tired and could use some maintenance. Hreat breakfast.

All eas okay. Just some loose lampshades, corners in the bathroom that could ise repair and paint.

The facilities, room, air conditioner, comfy beds. Delicious breakfast. It feels quite safe for female solo traveler.

As it was Saturday, there was noise from nearby parties. TV has very few channels and old. And I had a scary moment before midnight, when someone knock the door.

The location was fantastic and the hotel itself was lovely! We used the shuttle service a lot to help us get around and it was so much fun!

Breakfast was nearly the same thing everyday but there was at least plenty of options to try and make it varied.

Free breakfast is really good, with some of it freshly cooked. Parking is nearby and there was a security guard at the front. Room size is good.

The bed is a bit too small and it would be most wonderful if it is a queen-sized bed. For two adults, it is a bit cramped. The check-in process is a bit too long (only 1 person was serving and it took her a long time to check in two people ahead of me). The wait time was more than 10 minutes, which was not good.

It has an excellent location. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. There's even a bank next to the hotel.
