Breakfast and other free meals that were served were WONDERFUL and very much appreciated. Basketball hoop was enjoyed by our young men, aged 10 to 23. Communal area was delightful. Staff was helpful and professional.

The plumbing was a problem in a few of the rooms we rented. Our shower head fell off the wall, and later, the spout blew off. I washed by kneeling in front of a pipe sticking out of the wall. They did come and fix it right away, but it was inconvenient. We had 4 people in the room needing to get ready for a wedding. I heard both of my sisters, who also had rooms there say that their toilet didn't flush right. That was not a problem for us.

Very good location. The room was big in size. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Tuesday-Thursday free dinners are a really nice addition.

The cleanliness can be improved. Upon arrival there wasn't any shower gel in the bathroom. Second day I've requested at the reception the refill. Unfortunately the refill was done on the 3rd day of the stay. The room I stayed in (103) was noisy, it was a constant buzzing sound, I believe because of the pool equipment. I didn't like that at the breakfast the slices of bread are packaged individually in plastic bags. This is massive / pointless waste which can be very easily removed.

Food and location were excellent. Parking seemed convenient and secure. Location near shops and restaurants was ideal. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The price, with pet fee added, is high, even considering that breakfast is included in the price of the room. There were no beach towels provided near the pool.

The overall concept is very successful. You feel like you are part of a family. There is good breakfast, Tuesday to Thursday social gathering in the evening. A gaming corner, table soccer, basketball, free guest laundry, .... everything perfect.

The breakfast was good compared to other Staybridge Suites and they allow pets.

The room cleanliness; the beds were not made so they shifted us to another room. But they were very nice about it and offered us snacks as a recompense for our troubles.

I’ve stayed here many times. We bring two well traveled dogs. In the past two years they’ve gone from free to USD 20 for both dogs to a deposit and USD 20 for each dog. They are also redoing the back yard area to reduce the grassy area for pets. It’s still our best option. Is it really $40 more to clean a room with dogs vs. teenagers or a baby? The area around the hotel is modern with several restaurant options and a Walmart and Liverpool across the street.

Hot water takes a very long time and one time not at all. Recently we seem to get trainees as the only front desk employees.

clean, well styled - nice ambient - good parking. comfortable beds - quiet - good bathroom - good wifi - nice layout - nice to have separate living/kitchen area.

small complaint - but weird setup w the lights - you have to turn on a switch by main door (and leave those lights on, in order to have lights in the bathroom?? try messing around with that in the middle of the night when you get up from bed to use the RR. Not cool. otherwise excellent place.

I loved the location, the services, breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety, loved the grill area. The room was very clean, spacious and the kitchen fully equipped.

I was double charged both by the hotel and by booking.com. Booking.com needs to have a better system and make it very clear that the hotel was payed already.

They offered a nice complimentary dinner on two days of the stay. The suite is big and well-equipped.
