Visually pleasing and well-run hotel. Very clean with all the amenities. Included breakfast buffet was exceptionally tasty with a wide variety of choices for a hotel in this price range. Highly recommended.

My room look little dirty in the bath room but everything above that was excellent

Good location. Pretty good breakfast. Beds are firm and comfortable pillows.

Walls are thin, bed frames creak and air conditioning units are loud. It impacts light sleepers. Pool is too small for the size of hotel.

I was charged twice by mistake, at Booking and at the hotel. The hotel is taking a long time to get the issue resolved.

We loved the pool it was big enough, not to deep, the breakfast was delicious specially the eggs, and the personnel were nice and helpfull, the room was big, the restroom too and the beds were comfortable. The location was excelent, close to the parks, stores and restaurants, I will stay here everytime I go to Saltillo!

Location is excellent. Breakfast good; bed is comfortable.

The staff provided a room in the area that are remodeling but i called to report the noise. The move us to another room. I suggest to them that If they know that area is on remodeling then do not assign rooms on that area to avoid complains.

We were so happy with our stay for a basketball tournament. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

Everything is good. I would stay again without doubt.

The only thing I found that can improve is the pool. It could have been cleaner.
