Friendly staff. Good location. We thought the buffet on Sunday afternoon was pricey ($380 pesos per person) since there wasn't much available. But the room was comfortable and clean and the shower was hot and had great water pressure. The hotel could use some updating. The hallway carpeting and carpet in the room is very dated and worn. However, we will definitely stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Saltillo again. Gaston at the front desk was great and all of the staff were very courteous and accommodating. Also, the complimentary breakfast buffet made up for the Sunday buffet.

1 small bottle of water in the room for 2 adults, without a fridge to chill it was a little disappointing.

The hotel is very pet friendly. Rooms are relatively large. The bed was comfortable. There is a restaurant at the hotel which is fairly good. Breakfast was great. The staff was fine. The location is excellent for travelers between the US and Mexico. The parking lot is secure, which is nice.

The hotel is right on the main road, so it's a bit noisy at night. The hotel is being renovated, so our room was a bit old and tired, but it did look like things will be improved soon. The pet fee was not included with the room rate or at the time we checked in, so the front clerk chased after us running into dinner to get the fee, which was a surprise fee and a bit disconcerting.

The staff was so accommodating. We are traveling with two dogs. We needed some documents printed from a flash drive. There was no way to do it on their business center devices. I was allowed to send the documents on WhatsApp and they were delivered to our room in minutes. This alone was a lifesaver! The breakfast was included and really good. The parking was secure (we are also towing a small cargo trailer). Excellent! Highly recommended!

The carpet in the hallways in a bit worn but no problem. They seem to be updating.

The hotel is presently being refurbished. In its current state, it is a little tired, and so I am sure will be very much lighter and brighter after the renovations. it is clean and comfortable. We were given welcome beers because it was Thursday! The staff at the front desk were delightful and very helpful. I appreciated access to clean cold water and or hot coffee all day. The breakfast which was included in the price was very good indeed.

The restaurant is dark and drab. The menu is limited and the night we were there. The service was very slow, even though there were not many diners.

For the first time in my life, there was no refrigerator in the room. (I was told that i should have requested one??) As I have medications that require cooling, this is important. One was brought to my room. In the meantime, I had to fill my cooler, which was heavy. The ice machine was on the 2nd floor at the opposite end of the hotel. The staff were helpful though.

Comfy beds, nice staff, pretty good location. I have stayed at this hotel before and while it’s not the fanciest, it is comfortable and clean. There are no fridges in the rooms so u know, although maybe some room types do. They allow pets and are good people at the hotel. It is also family friendly.

Hallway noise can be excessive, doors seem thin.

We stayed at this hotel on the way to our new home 8 hours further south. Our cat escaped from our vehicle on checkout and we thought that we had lost her forever.. When we called the hotel a member of their staff had discovered her and offered to take her home with them for the evening to care for her. We drove 8 hours back the following day to pick her up. We stayed another night. We are so incredibly impressed by kind, helpful staff. Breakfast was complimentary with our stay and we were incredibly impressed by the quality, fresh home cooked meal. Not plastic wrapped, pre made continental breakfast.

The fact that we had such a long trip ahead of us that we didn't get a chance to relax and enjoy the pool and restaurant.

This was my second stay in this hotel. A one night stop between San Miguel de Allende and the US border. I will stay here again. The staff was excellent and I appreciate a place I can bring my service dog, and park my car safely.

The staff here are always so nice and it is truly dog friendly. My room was clean and adequate, the car park is secure, and it's an easy stop if you are driving to your final destination in Mexico. The restaurant was good and the staff very friendly in the restaurant as well. Thank you for making me feel welcome!!

Location was great and staff were super helpful. Includes a buffet breakfast which was the best so far traveling through the US down into Mexico. Plus the restaurant on site offers dining for dinner as well. Both of our meals were fantastic and service was great! Definitely will stay there again!
