Location is incredible! Very nice and relaxing patio with pool! Property employees were very helpful and trying always to support! Thank you!
We had 2 full bathrooms, and one of them was not very clean.

There is a lot to say about the hotel. For the money, it is an excellent hotel. The restaurant is awesome! The property is amazing for walking relaxing or taking pictures. The location of the hotel is also close to the center or other attractions. Wifi worked well.
I didn't like that there was no AC in my room, but it was not bad. I am not sure if all rooms are the same, but it was not a big deal for me.

It is a nice and quiet place place. With the garden in between de rooms and the street.
It was a bit of humidity and Moho as result of it in the bathroom.

It is the best place in mineral de pozos.

The location is great
Check in lacked information such as a typed wifi password. Cleaning cart left by our door for the duration of our stay. Pool is not open.
