We enjoyed every moment we had in these beautiful place. The family hosts-owners & all stuff members were incredible, they provided great hospitality and make us feel as familia in casa! We are very much grateful for these tim, that they made our New Year super great and we will keep these as best memories during life ! ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing family hospitality, good quality rooms, nice lavender garden, natural hot spring swimming pool, and ofcourse super great food & breakfast ! And at the evening amazing fireplace under the stars! Definitely recommend to stay ! ❤️🍾🎄

I liked the owners and staff. I believe they wanted to make me feel welcome under limited circumstances. The property is beautifully designed and presented--the Day of Dead decorations spectacular. The food was good, even though breakfast is pricey. The third night they offered and brought dinner to my room (at a charge of course). It was tasty and I appreciated it. They really are nice hosts, I wish I hadn't left with a sour taste in my mouth. I was quite upset.

The water heater in the shower wasn't working right. I had one shower before going out the second night. It took 40 minutes (at least 15 of that to get hot) then the rest scalding or too cold. It was incredibly frustrating but I thought maybe I had to figure out the exact sweet spot. I forgot to tell them the next morning at breakfast, for 2 days actually. But I should have been able to reach them for incidentals. When I tried to call them about that and other things, no one answered the phone, ever. The last night when I really needed a shower I didn't get one. I called them and emailed through the booking site at 7:45pm, got no response. The next morning when I really, really needed a shower I called again--no answer. When I went out to look for them no one was around. I had to leave for an appointment that morning, unbathed. Even though "it's really a weekend place" and I was the only guest, it is unacceptable to not be able to call "a front desk". What If I had an emergency? I believe I deserve a refund for at least ONE of the nights (preferably the last extra one where I paid even more). It's unfair to charge that much to not be able to bathe. That price should include breakfast, IMO. As I was the only guest they ran limited staff and so they couldn't offer the services the weekend guests get. I feel since the rooms are individual casitas it would be a good idea to have mini-fridges and at least a toaster oven in the room. I just think the advertising on the website doesn't quite match the experience. They should have both a working phone and email where you can contact them without having to go through booking.
