The hotel is perfect for one night--it's a 3-minute walk from the Central bus station. We stayed there because we had to finish finalizing a residency application. With one exception, the staff were fantastic--we were able to check into our hotel 6 hours before check-in time. It probably helped that we were there on a Monday. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and an excellent value considering the prices of hotels in San Miguel. The double beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. (We appreciate that the pillows were *not* down, but rather cotton/foam fill).

The attached cafe is a disappointment. The food is so-so, and the staff seems uninterested in serving guests. They seemed annoyed that their time on their phones was being interrupted. I ordered breakfast on the first day, and it was lukewarm. The coffee is made from an automated espresso machine and weak. My husband was recovering from an illness and asked if he could have dry toast. The server cut him off abruptly and said, NO! We know that Mexican restaurants serving breakfast provide toast.

The location was perfect. I could actually walk to town square but the taxis were readily available just outside the hotel , at the rate of just about 4$.

I actually have nothing negative to say about this hotel stay . I was very happy with everything. Plenty of hot water for showers very good water flow . 2 complimentary bottles of purified water daily . The small hotel restaurant was very good .

I liked a lot the friendliness of the staff. The room has everything to make a coffee, thanks for that. It is located just 2 minutes from the bus station, and it was fine for me; I didn't want to stay in the historical center. I also appreciated early check-in (10 am) without any additional payments. P.S. There's a quite good fish restaurant that I found not far from the hotel. El Puerto Seafood. And I believe it's cheaper compared to most of the restaurants in the center of the city.

The windows of my room were faced to a main road. So it was very noisy. I have always earplugs with me while I'm travelling, so it wasn't a big problem for me, but you probably should know about the problem.

Great small hotel, about a 20-25min walk to the center of the main square town. The hotel is good for those in a budget, the rooms need an upgrade but it was comfortable enough to rest up. They have a small restaurant and the food is good. Id prefer next time to pay a little more to be closer to the center but for the price and experience, this hotel did its job.

The rooms were smaller than the average hotel room.

The hotel is very very clean and the staff super nice and very helpful. They go above and beyond. Distance from downtown is not bad, depending on how fast or slow the walk is, it is the time it takes to get there. 12 to 15, to 20 mins.

I have no complaints at all. Cleanliness, a comfortable bed, cheerful and helpful staff is enough.

Conveniently located near the bus stop. It is about a 15-minute walk to the center of the town. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

Really not that much of the hotel's fault, but some of the guests tended to be quite noisy when returning late in the night. Also, the noise comes from the ground floor (I assume restaurant).

We have a project close by to the Hotel and it is very convenient. And the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is within walking distance of the long-distance bus station, and there is a small supermarket and restaurant nearby.

My room was clean, very comfortable with a great shower. The staff were always nice and helpful. Included onsite parking is always an added plus. This is an excellent value with everything within walking distance. My balcony view was the street and there was no problem with noise. Will stay here again
