The location and aesthetic of the hotel were perfect. It felt like an oasis as soon as you entered the property. The staff were accommodating, and we had all of our questions answered upon arrival. The added bonus was the nearby parking which really helped after a long day of traveling. Big shout out to Anival who bartended for us at the bar located in the restaurant next-door. He made us our favorite drinks of the trip!

The personnel at Casa Quebrada are superlative. Every member of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is terrific, too, close to Centro and many restaurants. There is an independent restaurant next-door (none onsite) that let us carry sundowner cocktails to the hotel, where we enjoyed them on the rooftop, which was always deserted but for us. That was the frosting on the cake.

Our room (104) was lovely but on the small side, and the bed was not as firm as we prefer. However, we consider these small cons compared to the hotel's many pros, and we believe some of the rooms are larger. If size matters, that's worth asking about.

The bed was the most comfy of our 3 hotels this trip. Great sized room with an actual closet! Loved the water carafe at bedside that was refilled daily. A quick walk to the main plaza. Hotel was in a very quiet area. Stayed over NYE and no issues walking back to hotel in the early morning.

The rooftop could be nicer. Seems like an afterthought.

Everything about this hotel was outstanding. The location, staff, rooms, ambience, interior design & décor, breakfast... everything!! I would come back to San Miguel only if I could stay here again. When we needed transportation arranged, this was done so with ease. When we needed recommendations, there were plenty provided. This was such a unique and beautiful stay and I highly recommend it to anyone coming to visit San Miguel Allende. I can not recommend this place enough. FANTASTIC.

We had a lovely stay—the room was spotless, and the hotel's modern decor blended beautifully with the town. The atmosphere was both stylish and welcoming. Service was outstanding, with attentive staff available anytime. A great choice for a comfortable and well-run stay!

Noise from either the hotel or the restaurant was pretty loud on one of our nights. I think it was just people talking loudly as they were leaving. If I stayed longer I would have asked for a different room. Not a big deal in general

Casa Quebrada is such a nice hotel. We were so happy to stay in such nice accommodations with our two dogs. The location is close walking distance to the church and great restaurants. The room is beautifully decorated and it’s nice and quiet at night. All the staff were very friendly.

The only thing that was an issue was trying to find some green space for our dogs to do their business. We resorted to taking them to the parking lot down the street a bit.

Staff are friendly and the facilities are very clean. We had an issue with what sounded like gremlins stomping on the floor on the first night but staff were more than willing to address it. Those neighbors left that day but still helpful to know we had the backing from the staff.

The only small issue was the setup with transportation but that seemed to be a mixup that was cleared up.

Amazing and clean hotel with unique rooms! We really loved the lobby and the rooftop. A plus was also that the hotel was close to the historic city center. We would 10/10 recommend!!
