Location, comfort, value and very attentive staff. This is a GREAT hotel for exploring SMA.

We were in room #1. There is a nightclub directly across the narrow street from the hotel lobby with a DJ that played tremendously loud music from 10p-3a. Apparently, this only happens on Fri/Sat nights. Although we were given ear plugs, they provided little relief. The night receptionist offered to have us moved to another room the following day (Sat), as the hotel was full that night. We were quickly accommodated in another room the following morning and were not disturbed at all by the music. This should not be taken as negative of the hotel as it was out of their control, and in fact they resolved the problem for us the following day. Our advice is to avoid room #1 if your plans include a Fri/Sat stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent very close to all the key areas of historic center. The room while small was beautifully decorated with gorgeous bathroom. The front desk crew was very helpful with recommendations and directions.

For a hotel costing over $300/nite and not serving breakfast this was absurd . Additionally they charged for the nespresso pods in the room ( really?). There was very little space to store clothing .

The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious and so luxurious! We had a balcony view of the towns surrounding colonial architecture and it was so magical. We loved the hotel and will definitely come back and stay again. There are great cafes and restaurants all around. Javier and Christian at the front desk were so helpful and made our stay even more special. They recommended the best tour guide and great places to eat. Thank you!

Friendly staff. a boutique hotel with around a dozen rooms. I didn't see any other patrons during my stay which was kind of nice. Bathroom was very nice. Nice rooftop view that was unused and very accessible.

The tv was essentially useless as there were no channels and it was not unable to connect to my phone via a cast in that particular room. Paid extra for the city view which was nice except you couldn't put more than one foot into the small balcony.

Great Location. Its right on one of the main streets of SMA. Lots of great shops, restaurants and cafe's nearby. Staff were very accommodating to. They in fact scheduled a Tequila Tasting for us in one of their bars. Hotel is also fairly new.

Being on the main street can also have some disadvantages as cars and motorcycles pass by often and It can be a bit noisy at times

I loved the decor, the free tequila and the comfort of the room. Since the elevator was out, I was grateful it wasn't up too many stairs to get to the room.

The elevator being out. Since I was only up one flight of stairs it was ok, but more would have been a major inconvenience.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great. Hotel and rooms are very good.

We got a room which is next to a night club, and it got very loud at night, but the staff was very helpful and friendly to make up for this issue.

It is such a nice and new hotel close to the plaza and all restaurants and bars! I would definitely would stay there!

The only bad thing was that since we got the street room, we got a bit of noise from people walking by, parades, etc.

Everything! Clean, modern, luxurious, amazing bathroom and room, spacious. Staff were wonderful. Location was fanatstic. I really hope they maintain standards.
