I requested to switch rooms because there was a noisy disconnected fountain pump behind my original one. Dorian and Lilly were very accommodating and changed my room w/o hesitation. By no fault of the hotel I got sick at an outside restaurant called Cent'Anni, and was experiencing the effects while waiting for the new room. Dorian was amazing and got me into a really nice room asap so I could just rest, and also let me rest on a sofa while they prepped it so I wouldn't be huddled over the trash can in the lobby. Patty also received us very welcomingly in the middle of the night. She also helped me coordinate laundering my pants with the cleaning crew on Sunday before I was leaving and the town's dry cleaners were closed. And lets just say yes the pants were related to the restaurant food poisoning so it was a big ask. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt at home. They were helpful coordinating transportation to/from airport. Also the shower pressure was decent and the water stayed hot.

The room and bathroom was very large, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, very clean, yet the property maintained the older architecture of SMA. The windows looked out on the interior garden as opposed to the street. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room had air conditioning which we never used even though we were there in July. I would have liked heating because the room felt cold but I adapted using an extra blanket at night. The thick cement walls keep the room cool.

Breakfast could have been clearer- I would have liked to be given the ticket when I checked in so everything was clear ahead of time -the time and location specifically. -so that our day plans could be made.

Just the wi-fi doesn't reach the room. It works perfectly fine at the lobby but in the room we used our 4G. But we will definitely come back !!! We actually have another reservation on April 3rd, because we loved the place so much !!! Thank's to Sr Soto !

The location is great. Very spacious room, great amenities. The staff is great. They let you keep luggages even after check out. Highky recommended.

If you are a light sleeper, please bring ear plugs as there are noises due to the prime location.

The location was amazing. Staff was cordial. The room was large, pretty, and comfortable. We prefer the older hacienda style hotels, so this was great. The bathroom was also large and well equipped. Highly recommend.

Our room had no window or source of natural light. Others did, so will be sure to ask for that next time. We will be returning

On Friday night a neighboring business had a live band. If I had ear plugs it would have helped. But the good news is it got very quiet after midnight.

The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff was helpful and the courtyard provided a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect!!

The A/C began gushing water in the middle of the night. The solution was to switch rooms, but that was not feasible at the early hour. I suggest servicing the A/C’s on a regular basis. Also, the shower had a mild sewage smell.

Lovely hotel! We felt at home all the time. Very big rooms and amazingly clean. Staff is very friendly and help us with all our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was not very comfortable but it’s perfectly fine if you are staying for just a few nights.

Room was incredibly spacious with an amazing courtyard view. During the week there is no noise from any clubs or places nearby so it is quite peaceful. Bed is comfy, staff is wonderful, WIFI is very strong for work, and the location is perfect. It's an incredibly good value
