The property was gorgeous. The staff was wonderful, especially Ms. Adriana, she was very helpful and attentive. The location of the hotel was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do.

The location cannot be more perfect. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are all facing a terrace that overlooks the main church. The rooms are great, perfectly clean, spacious (each one with their sofas), bathroom perfect.

The pool was not clean so I didn’t use it, also would prefer a duvet rather than blanket but that is not crucial

The place was very nice and comfortable. Staff was professional and corteous. I enjoyed the bed and the room had lots of extra space. I would definitely recommend this place.

The bathroom did not have air conditioner. It felt very hot inside to the point that it has hard to breath and I ended up taking a cold shower to feel better. It is nice to have lots of natural light come through the celing but there is definitely a need for air conditioner in there.

You can’t beat the location! The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful, too.

Apart from Diana, it was very hard to communicate. Someone on staff who could communicate in English would have been very helpful.

The bedroom was beautiful, clean, and great. there is a restaurant with delicious food. The parroquia is a block away.

Dislikes: The bathroom shower head didn't connect to the water feed properly which meant that water sprayed up into the ceiling and would drip back down. There was a hole in the floorboard right in front of the shower (I'm assuming from water damage). The Wi-Fi connection wasn't great.

Likes: The bed was amazingly comfortable, the room had air conditioning and was very clean plus there were new water bottles provided every day. The hotel bar used fresh lime juice (instead of sweet&sour mix) and the location is incredible.

Location was great but there were no breakfast or food.
