You couldn’t ask for a better location! Walking distance to great attractions and wonderful restaurants. We loved our room, facing a large courtyard where one can sit and relax after a busy day exploring. Comfortable bed, spacious room, deep soaker tub… all great! Front desk team really helpful and friendly. Communicating through WhatsApp is brilliant on their part!! Great housekeeping too.

Room a bit dated, but all in all, not a biggie for us.

Wifi was rough. Didn't work the majority of the time, I ended up using my phone's internet the majority of the time. But overall, we're on vacation, so who really needs the internet that much.

Nice hotel in excellent location, just near the main square and cathedral. Very comfortable suite on the second floor. Nice seating area in the room and bath facilities; wifi was a little weak.

Bed comfortable, but mattress seemed that it could have been replaced. Fairly loud music until 12 midnight.

Great location. Breakfast is outsourced to a 1-block-away restaurant, with great options. Super friendly personnel who took care of parking our car. Definitely, a must hotel in SMA.

Nearby church was ringing the bell every 30 min since ~6 am. However, this is outside the hotel's control.

The WiFi was bad. Real bad. Not a terrible thing as you could just use your phone plan or not use your phone. Maybe being present isn't great

I thought we could get a room in front of the street. We got a room in the back. For the price I paid, I thought I could get one better. I didn't want to request a room in the front because I would then be charged more.

Excellent location within walking distance of pretty much everything. Staff was very helpful professional. Hotel group was clean and well maintained. Cleaning ladies are the most beautiful people went beyond to make you stay very comfortable. Safe area, quite restful at nights. And for morning breakfast you got about 5 locations within a block or two to walk. Wear comfortable shoes.

the location was great, as well as all the staff and the size of the room. We received a suite with an extra small bedroom which was a nice surprise. The staff at the hotel helped us set up our Covid Tests to return to the US. It was overall a great experience.

The location is a gift and a curse. It's so close to EVERYTHING, including the church bells from the beautiful cathedral in the plaza. If you are an early riser, it may not bother you to hear the loud bells starting at 6am. If you tend to wake up a bit later, this may be a problem. The hotel does provide ear plugs but those didn't do much for me.

Great location. Nice interior design of rooms and bathrooms. Staff VERY kind and helpful - especially the gentleman with the dark hair and glasses. Nice views of the main church from premises. Very clean.

Church bells tolling thru all hours of the night. Hotel provided ear plugs. Other than church bells, noise levels were not excessive. Room 15 is quiet. Wi-fi was a bit spotty.
