Best location in the city. Walk to amazing restaurants, shopping, sight seeing, and artist gallerias. Safe. Secure. Best rooftop views, including sunset and overlooking the plaza with 8 churches in view. Remarkable designer renovation of a historic building. Absolutely quiet. Sparkling clean. Elegant. Luxurious. Feels royal. Wonderful chef-level breakfast, dinner, desserts, and drinks. Helpful and friendly staff. Exquisitely decorated rooms with handmade Moroccan textiles. Comfy bed with pristine linens. Huge spa-like bath. Boutique in every sense. A truly curated experience. Amazing value for this level of personal service and perfection.

The key was cumbersome to turn in the room door.

the breakfast was just okay… for the price the hotel charges per night they should offer a buffet breakfast or better selections. They didn’t have juice one day … unacceptable since you can walk to the market in a few minutes to buy oranges. The coffee should be unlimited too. My cousins stayed at Hotel Madi around the corner and their breakfast looked fantastic with fresh fruit and plentiful. I ordered an egg dish that was very spicy and when I asked for tortillas (a Mexican staple every where) they looked at me weird and then brought the hardest tortillas that I have ever eaten.

Fantastic hotel. Our room was gorgeous and comfy. Breakfast selection was excellent. Staff always willing to help and answer any questions. Perfect location.

Wish there was a kettle in the room to make hot water for tea. Though the staff did deliver teapots of hot water when requested. Just wish I had the option to make in the room as I was awake

What a lovely hotel in the heart of SMA. It was simply perfect. A very understated elegance prevailed with splashes of luxury here and there.

We were a group of 5 friends and, because this hotel has no lobby area, found it difficult to find a place to gather other than the restaurant. Also, there was a terrible, foul sewage smell in our room the last 24 hours of our stay. I had hoped management would follow up with me about this since we did notify them.

The hotel rooms, staff are excellent as well as the location.

The only problem is that the lighting in the room was very dark, we had to use a flashlight to see, especially in the wardrobes. The room was on 1st floor that made the room cold and dark. Would stay again only if room is available on second floor where you can get some sun and lighting.

Everything: location, rooms, breakfast, people, design. Rooms were very quiet and romantic. Beds were turned down every evening. Breakfast offered delicious Mexican food options and good coffee. We also enjoyed the rooftop. It offered good food, with wine pairings and great cocktails.

We loved everything about Hotel Casa Blanca 7. The people, the hotel, the wonderful rooftop restaurant, the location , etc. what a great place to stay. We look forward to returning.

We went with another couple. We stayed in the upgraded, more expensive room. Our friends payed almost $200.00 American dollars less and their room was basically exactly the same as ours but they were on the first level, we were on the second floor???

An amazing experience. A beautiful boutique hotel with the kindness staff. Many thanks to Edwin and Fidel for ensuring our visit was exceptional. Perfect location. Great roof top restaurant.

Location, luxury rooms, amazing staff

Location was amazing. So close to Jardin Allende, Parque Benito Juarez, the museum and shops. The accommodations were lovely. The room and the bathroom were great sizes. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Pleasing overall design aspect. Also the restaurant, Fatima 7, has amazing views and great food. Breakfast was included and there was a very broad selection. Valet parking was also included - we rented a car from Mexico City and drove in so was nice to be able to have the staff park the car and not have to worry.

This hotel is very close to a church so you will hear church bells, but I believe that is unavoidable anywhere in San Miguel as the church bells ring what seems to be every 15 minutes.
