We loved the location, which was so close to the Centro Historico of San Miguel de Allende. The hotel itself is beautiful, contemporary, beautiful decor, rooms all around an internal courtyard, small bar in the entrance lobby & gorgeous small rooftop pool/terrace & bar. All of the staff were delightful, always smiling, happy to help, gentle & courteous.

The breakfast, which is included, was okay (fruit, cereal, scrambled eggs, toast, juice, coffee) but not large in the amount that was available. We felt the space where breakfast is served was not really big enough. Maybe the hotel could make better use of the space beyond the reception, where there were a couple of tables.

Very modern, aesthetically pleasing decor. Great rooftop with a heated pool. Extremely friendly staff. Crisp, clean linens. Quiet little escape in not so quiet Mexico. Very close to the center with restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Enjoyed breakfast that was included in the stay.

I would have liked to have self serve access to coffee and hot water for tea in the lobby early in the morning. I also think a garrafon of drinking water to refill water bottles in the lobby would also be welcomed by guests. I also was charged $700 pesos for laundry which was quoted as $300 pesos. That was excessive. My room - though comfortable- had no natural light. Were I to stay again, I would request the 3rd floor as the lower floors do not have natural light from outdoors.

Loved the rooftop pool. After so much dust and heat in CDMX being able to immerse in cool cool water was incredible. Especially on a rooftop with unobstructed views of SMA's famous land marks. Also loved the bedding and towels. Felt luxurious at all times.

Elton John has a song called "Tiny Dancer". Well the song is about a Tiny Dancer. The Tiny Dancer would not fit in the room I had. I'm not saying they are small (I thought I booked a suite). What I am saying is a couple, with two suitcases would NOT FIT. The room was small. It is probably my fault because I should have realised when the room comes with square footage as a descriptor they're being transparent the room is barely large enough to change your mind in. Lucky I was travelling Alone. And it is a beatiful old building which has been transformed, which uses space efficiently. My bathroom was enormous.

Great location and small but well appointed modern rooms with good bathroom and nice toiletries.

Breakfast included was okay but very limited and you had to pay extra if you wanted fillings in your omelette or if you wanted a second cup of coffee/tea. Also sometimes you got fruit or pancake offered other times you had to ask, it seemed a bit inconsistent in the breakfast process. However, when I asked for something, staff were always friendly and helpful.

We were having breakfast at 10 am, but already few items were not available, for example we were served 3 cups of fruit instead of 4, ham for omelets were not available, but overall service was good.

We thought that in summer time upstairs terrace bar would be open, so we can hang out there and enjoy the view! Instead both days bar upstairs was closed and no one was there….

The boutique hotel  Had beautiful facilities, amazing arts, and a fabulous service. All the employees went above and beyond to make sure that the clients or well attended.

The property is beautiful with 3 floors 8 rooms per floor with and a trim in the middle with the beautiful sculpture in a water. The room were perfect size with a specious bathroom. The roof top was my favorite place for the sunset. The beautiful view of the city with a constant nice breeze was just a treat to the heart, mind and soul.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The hotel was beatifully decorated, clean and centrally located. The staff was very helpful and the hotel is impeccable. We absolutely would stay there again on our next trip.

Very low water flush in the toilet. The taxi driver recommended to me by the hotel was not helpful, overcharged by double, and gave me wrong information as he sent me to walk alone on a closed street at night. Would not recommend his service.

The hotel didn't have a restaurant, but the location was excellent. Many restaurants and shops nearby.

I would have liked a larger pool, but it was great for cooling off.

The hotel was well located, close to the cathedral but away from the crowds. Very good facilities and excellent service from the staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast could have offered more variety .
