I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. The location is fantastic, easy to reach and close to everything the charming city has to offer. The rooms were spacious and clean, though we did notice a strange smell in the bathroom from time to time. One of the highlights is the free parking, which is located a bit further away, but the hotel staff is very accommodating, retrieving and returning the car whenever you need it. The staff was friendly and welcoming. However, the ground floor rooms can be a bit noisy and cold, as they don't receive much sunlight. Overall, a great spot with excellent service but room for minor improvements.

The room was perfect. Right at the top of the stairs. The view from our room was magnificent. Service was excellent. Location was perfect. About 4 min walk to the cathedral and minutes away from great restaurants and shops. Bonus: it's not on a steep hill so walking to and from it is a breeze.

Having a window view comes with road noise but nothing a noise machine can't fix.

The Staff were excellent - perfect location - safe - comfy ! They have a quaint restaurant - beautiful setting small but lovely. We requested laundry service - it was done and delivered in 2 hours. We didn't expect it would be ready until the next day. Very caring, smiling, cheery employees.

Well located hotel with nice and modern design. Service of valet is offered if you come with a car which is really practical.

We were lucky to have a room upstairs, but the room downstairs are directly next to the restaurant and reception.

- Friendly, efficient staff on arrival - spacious, nice room - valet parking at no extra charge.

- A/C / heat pump not working (but this may have been fixed if I would have asked it). - shower is narrow.

It would be nice if they dusted top areas, for instance, cabinets, bathroom mirror etc. And it would be nice if they provided bottle(s) of water for guests.

The location is perfect for exploring San Miguel! The hotel is very charming and comfortable, and felt safe. Will absolutely stay here again.

Location is amazing, rooms are big and comfy, staff is very helpful and focused in the customer service

Nothing really, maybe that is an old building and needs a bit of refurbishing, however is great value for money

The beds were very comfortable I like they put shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom so we can use it many times The Staff were very kind

The Wi-Fi in the room was kind of unstable
