This hotel is in a great location a couple of blocks from the center. We spent 7 days here. Hotel was very clean and our room -king studio-was very spacious. King bed was comfortable. 2 overhead fans kept the air circulating. We were provided with extra blankets and a heater neither of which we needed. Bottles of water were left daily as were lots of clean towels. Magalena, the receptionist, was priceless. She answered all our questions and tried to solve any problems we encountered.The lighting is extremely poor in the room making it near impossible to read in bed.We were provided with a bedside lamp that helped somewhat. A taco truck parked outside our window playing music and partying all night. Closing the shutters helped somewhat but still extremely noisy. On our last day Magalena presented us with a bottle of wine and 2 glasses from the hotel. Lovely gesture.The good surpassed the problems in this hotel and we would stay here again.

Better lighting a must. Sink in king studio needs an upgrade.

location is great, close to food and shopping and the centre of town. Staff is friendly. own key to enter and leave building. no breakfast but plenty of places around to eat at.

Location at the town centre, the room was services very well. The room attendant was sweet and helpful.

The common hot water cattle had stale water in it. The room could get little noicy at times.

Everything!! OK, the WiFi was in and out but everything else was so wonderful that I didn't care about that! Wonderful, kind staff- one even went out of her way to take me to get my free welcome cocktail at their other location! The room was gorgeous and clean with HUGE bathtub!

Elegant decor in an historic building overlooking a busy Plaza Soledad and views of two iglesias. Pretty roof terrace with tables, hammocks and a bar.

Street noise goes on all day but can be diminished by the heavy wood casement doors on the balconies.

The staff were incredible, especially the woman in charge. In addition to being extremely friendly and welcoming, she even left fresh fruit in my room after cleaning it. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed.

The wifi was good in the lobby, but often the signal could not reach my room. I had no trouble sleeping, but as other reviews have said, there is a popular taco stand on a very busy road right outside, so this may not be the place for light sleepers.

Excellent location and friendly staff.

Everything was great but it is a very old building. Had a hard time to get hot water from the shower. One tv didn't work and the other made a static noise when on.
