Excellent location, beautiful room and very comfortable!

Although for me was not a problem, my room was in front of the main square.. during the night always there are too much noise due to restaurants and mariachis playing until 3am. The hotel could consider to put windows against noises for a better stay. In addition they don’t have breakfast included… would be much better with that service. The entrance to the hotel is not comfortable; It’s necessary to go up several stairs to get the lobby… in my case we had a heavy luggage and it was very uncomfortable and difficult to take it to the lobby.

the location is prime. it is right next to the main cathedral and plaza. it is very well located so finding restaurants and things to do is not hard at all. noise is an issue but the hotel has shutters so you can close the windows completely and have a dark and semi noise-free room. daily room cleaning which is great. they also provide bottled water daily which is a plus is mexico.

noise was a big issue for us. be aware the bell on the cathedral goes off at night as well as the daytime. sometimes every hour or every half hour, but it goes off at 5am daily. since it is right next to the main attraction, music and people will be roaming until 3am on weekends.

Excellent location in the middle of everything in San Miguel

At night it could be hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper the Mariachis play 24-7 downstairs so you can hear them at all hours of the night and mornings

The room was a perfect location for a one night visit to San Miguel. I wanted to be in the central part of town with access to good restaurants and the main square. I was also able to walk to the wonderful textile centre to see all the artists there. The city is beautifully clean.

The church bells rang all night.

This room is extremely clean and that’s usually my number one to look for, the location is perfect and not loud at all.

The fact that you have to wait until 3pm to check in, they don’t allow you to check in sooner.

Loved the room and balcony overlooking the plaza! Plenty of room. Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly! We wanted to stay longer. Very convenient to everything. Highly recommend!

perfectly situated. their best asset is their employees. I have never encountered such nice and accommodating people. I had left my car 3 miles away as I couldn’t find parking near by, one of the employees offered to pick it up and park it in the garage for me. That was a relief as I was with an elderly person

The guy who works at nigh has an excellent costumer service , he was super helpful he went above my expectations friendly, good attitude, my sister was sick and he brought her tea he was sweet 😌

The room was comfortable and I enjoyed that it was right on the Jardin. The staff was very nice. The room was pricey but nice.

I wished that they offered breakfast.
