You are literally right next to the famous San Miguel Parroquia on a walking street that connects to the Jardin. Couldn't get a better location. The building is so beautiful & historic. The bar & restaurant are great! Good breakfast. Staff tries so hard to make your stay perfect. I've stayed here many nights before and years later, the staff remains so warm & welcoming. It feels like coming home to me. Best Rooftops in SMA! Both offering spectacular views. Some of the best views I've seen in San Miguel. Staff went so far out of their way to get my allergy medicine in the middle of the night. Going to pharmacy & bringing me a box of meds at 11:40p. They were so helpful & caring. Jose at the front desk is so nice & willing to help you with anything. Everyone was lovely! My room with balcony looking at the Parroquia cathedral was spectacular. I'll never forget it! Have a toilet paper roll holder.

The property is located a couple of hundred feet from the cathedral that made it super easy to get around. The rooms were beautiful and their decor was so fitting for the area. The roof top had amazing views day and night.

This property does have a lot stairs to get the your room which is expected. But for the older generation is not recommended due to the difficulty of the stairs.

Property is 200 years old, so authentic and cozy in Mexican way. Great location. Roof top Baris TOP! Cocktails and food are amazing. Service is great! Bar manager (I forgot the name, tall man) super attentive and very professional.

We book Deluxe room. It was big and cozy, but we have issue with air fun at the room. Oscar from front desk was very helpful and solved our problem. Little Mezcal Bar at Lobby….. looks so great, but we never see there any attendant, just for pictures I guess.

The breakfast was AMAZING; the rooftop bar had delicious food/drinks, beautiful views of the city and the staff was great! Our balcony had the most beautiful view of the cathedral and the plaza, prime location!

There's no central air. We were provided with a floor fan, but this wasn't sufficient enough to keep the room cool during the day. If a cool room is not a priority of yours, this hotel is perfect for you!

The location is excellent! Within a minute of the church and walking to all shops and exploring the city is perfect. Easy pick up on the corner for taxi or Uber. It's nice that cars aren't allowed on the street in front of the hotel so there's no street noise or pollution.

The smell in the bathroom. Seems a smell was coming from the shower drain that was really disturbing. Only one night of the 4 was is almost unbearable.

Amazing place to stay right next to the center. The rooftop is amazing for food/drinks/view and the firework show for New Years is a perfect location from the rooftop. The beds are super comfortable and the showers have great pressure.

Great location! The room i booked was large and comfortable. Everything was clean. The staff were great. The only hotel in my entire stay that was able to allow a check in 1 hr earlier which was great! That was really handy! And the electronic lock was handy!

It is beautiful and walking distance to the church. The staff was friendly.

The noise makes it hard to sleep. Since the church is next to it, you can hear the bells pretty early in the morning.

Beautiful place and very close to everything

No heating or cooling in rooms. Some rooms had space heaters. However, we were able to sleep warm with the available blankets. No elevator, but the multitude of stairs added to the charm of the place.
