Location, updated and spacious rooms, rooftop, most affordable accommodations for this location and style of room. Excellent for a couples and solo travelers. Authentic vibe, quiet and perfect for long stays.

More of an air b n b because there’s no check in desk but I’m sure this is what helps keep cost so affordable. Some lights don’t work and the kitchens aren’t completely stocked. 3 entry points that require a physical key, memorizing a code to enter (there is a fee for lost keys) and a card key.

An amazing value for the money, these boutique-type apartments are well located in Centro, close to Parroquia, restaurants, shopping. Loft #4 (of 5) was spacious for two people with charming decor, a good size kitchen (somewhat minimally equipped), and a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water and pressure. All units shared access to a beautiful rooftop with expansive views. When the internet was fussy, the accommodating staff responded with tech support right away.

There are a lot of stairs inside the property (and some darker hallways) to negotiate which can be tiring after a long day of walking SMdA's cobblestone and hilly streets. For longer stays, you may want to negotiate bathroom cleaning and linen exchanges.

Steps away to centro. Outstanding roof top deck with gorgeous views of la parroquia. Super comfy bed. Plenty of hot water. Nicely decorated and clean. Very quiet and peaceful location.

I was in loft 3, third floor, taking luggage upstairs was a little difficult for me. Maybe next time stay in loft 1or 2. Would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water in refrigerated waiting, especially since I arrived late at night. Dish soap dispenser was empty.

Good overall. Staff was excellent, the look and feel of the property was excellent, the WIFI was good when it was on as it periodically went out for about 30 minutes (probably not due to the property but the internet company). Location is excellent. Overall would recommend if you are not intending to use the kitchen to actually cook a meal.

One downside is the kitchen is lacking many utensils and cookware to actually cook a meal in the kitchen. We booked this property specifically for this reason and had to eat out every night. Unfortunately, the beds were only so so as they were way too soft (woke with a sore back every morning) but it was OK overall.

We had a wonderful stay at sollano 34. Location was perfect. Room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and with all the modern comforts. My only wish is that there were additional electrical outlets in the bedroom( perhaps at bedside tables) for your phone or charging purposes). We would certainly book again.

The location was great. The Loft apartment was very stylish and well-decorated. The rooftop terrace had a great view of the church. Ma Elena was very kind and helpful.

For some reason the fireplace, when turned on, caused our eyes to sting. There might be a chemical emissions issue with it. Breakfast wasn't available (even though it's mentioned as included).

Location was great, easy to get around the city. Apartment was very nice and furnished with modern amenities. Very secure property. Very friendly staff. Awesome rooftop that provides nice sunset views.

Lots of steps but very manageable and expected in an old town like SMA. Wished water was filtered within the property, so it would be suitable for drinking. Having only one key that controlled all lighting within the unit.

A lot of steps but it was well worth the stay. The patio was nice for breakfast. Maybe a bar and grill for the people that stay there would be nice.

The loft is gorgeous and spacious. I enjoyed the terrace that overlooked the church. The sheets and bed were very comfortable and lots of storage space. Although we only stayed a few days, this place is perfect for a week or more stay!

Having to lock multiple doors to get into the property was a little tedious but I understand for the safety.

It was central, made it really easy to walk just about anywhere in town. It was clean, easy to check in and out, had everything we needed and more inside, amazing rooftop view, and unique local architecture.

It cost a little more than other properties nearby.
