The staff at the hotel were welcoming, helpful and they went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. In their patio, they added a couple more chairs during our stay so that my friends and I could meet there every morning and evening to talk about our day. Our visit was during rainy season, I did not have an umbrella and the front desk let me borrow theirs. Every staff member seemed sincerely glad to make our stay one to remember. This will definitively be our place to stay.

The rooms are starting to need some attention. The luggage holders were missing a screw. Some of the bed decorations are coming undone and could be easily fixed with a needle and thread. Overall, just minor details that could be easily fixed to maintain the rooms' charm. I was staying with friends so I was able to walk into three other rooms aside from mine so I had time to make these observations but nothing that would keep me from coming back.

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and Armando our waiter went above and beyond. On the morning of our departure, we had a very early pick up. we asked if it was possible to have breakfast a half hour earlier than the scheduled time. Armando and the chef were very accommodating and served us a delicious breakfast. I appreciate the ability to receive water bottles each day. The location was fabulous. Thank you very much

The stay at Hotel Boutique Bitos was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the elegance and charm of the hotel, but what truly stood out were the exceptional employees. Their attention to detail, warmth, and dedication to making sure every aspect of my stay was perfect exceeded my expectations. The personalized service made me feel right at home, and the beauty of the hotel’s design added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in San Miguel de Allende. I will definitely return.

The location, the room itself, and the breakfast was perfect.

I didn’t love that my room was right across from the reception room and the first room very close to the street and main entrance. I got over it though. The “Jacuzzi” tub in the bathroom smelled bad and didn’t feel clean with the rotting wood that’s hard to clean. I’d recommend getting rid of that tub and just putting in a beautiful stall shower with a big rain fall shower head. I can’t imagine anyone uses that tub anymore.

The breakfast on the rooftop each morning was a pleasure not to be skipped. The staff, especially the front desk people, were welcoming, helpful, and thoughtful, and went beyond our expectations to fulfill each of our requests. Our room was the presidential suite on the first floor, and it was lovely--big, comfortable, and serene.

We wished we could stay longer than four nights! There was nothing we didn't love about our stay at Bito's and in San Miguel!

Bito's has a great location just two long blocks from the main square at San Miguel. Everything was within easy distance to cute stores including a great ice cream place as well as all the main attractions. The room had a nice private outdoor sitting area to expand the usable area. There was a good breakfast that could be taken at several areas in the hotel including the rooftop. Staff was very friendly. We did not drive but there is a area to park across the street. Shower was excellent.

The room was a bit small although the outside sitting area helped. The breakfast was good but not exceptional. Driving around San Miguel is a challenge although that is not Bito's fault. We had to wait a bit to check in even though we had asked about early check in and the hotel was relatively empty.

This beautiful hotel was just outside of the city center and still, everything was walkable. The room was beautiful! It came with all the amenities including robes. The bed was super comfortable and my room's private patio was a plus. Breakfast was phenomenal, there is a menu where you can choose how you want your eggs, I had the huevos Oaxaquenos, if you love mole, order this. Make it a point to go to the rooftop at night and during the day, the views are fantastic! I would stay hear again.

I wish my room had a full-length mirror, I know it is silly but feel every hotel room should have one. I also wished someone explained to me the opening and closing of the front door when it is closed. It is super easy but not fun when I was trying to open it the ONE night it decided to rain in San Miguel

Friendly staff, wonderful room (Presidential Suite, a first for us) with high ceilings and, most importantly a very comfortable bed- not too soft, firm but not too hard- which has become one of the most important things about a room for us.

The only negative of this wonderful hotel, and it’s a small one, the coffee served with breakfast was not great. And if that’s the only down side, that’s pretty good!

Very conveniently located small hotel. Great rooftop breakfast area with beautiful view of the town and church spires. Our room was large, well appointed and very comfortable - but insufficient lighting. Nearby parking - a must if you are travelling by car!

Lighting in the room.

The air conditioning! The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the little private patio. The location was wonderful - a close walk to so many interesting restaurants and shops and galleries and to the big cathedral uphill. My husband is disabled so we often called an Uber to take us uphill and then walked downhill. We spent a lot of time in the room because of my husband's disability and we got very good rest. The roof terrace was a lovely place to watch the sunsets. The staff was wonderful too!

I really wished for a room refrigerator and a way to get filtered water and ice in the hotel. The spa tub was disappointing - the water, which must have come from a different source, was very smelly. We didn't use it. For the disabled, it was not a good choice because of the shower being in the tub and it was a high step into the tub. I didn't consider this before booking. There was a stool and a grab bar on the wall, but it still didn't feel safe. We were okay with it though. The comfort of the rest of the room made up for it. We spent a lot of time in the room because of my husband's disability and we got very good rest.
