Location was great, apt. was very clean and organized, rooftop terrace was ample, security was good. Melissa, the owner of the property, was very receptive to my questions. When we thought we had a toilet problem, she responded by appearing within minutes to help us with our concern. We enjoyed the large space that contain the kitchen that flowed into the living room. There is a small grocery store just a few doors down and that made it very convenient to purchase the minimal groceries that we need.

The master bedroom was on the third story and we were not aware of this beforehand. The coffee machine that was furnished used coffee pods. we could not drink the coffee so we borrowed a drip coffee maker from a relative. The metal chairs around the dining table are a bit hard for older people to sit in for any length of time, so we borrowed the cushions from the sofa to sit on.

The property is clean, the housekeeper is wonderful. The location is amazing super close to centro, it even has a little store for essentials on the corner. The mgr. Melissa is a very nice and responsive host. Our needs were met upon asking including having our clothes washed weekly.

The only thing that was not my favorite was having the only tv be in the bedroom area. I believe that should be in the main living space but of course it’s only my opinion.

Best location if you want access to the Parroquia and Centro. So easy to get to any kind of food, rooftop, boutique, and there is a very nice convenience store next door. And the park is only one block away. I could not get over the terrace and the view! Amazing. The bed was so firm and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen are huge. There is a full dining room, and Mariluz and Melissa are so wonderful. There is a little street noise, but that is absolutely expected in the beautiful neighborhoods hugging the main square, and nothing that detracted from my stay! I'd definitely stay again.

Great property a few blocks from the center. Everything was in great working condition. There is a grocery store two doors from the apartment where you can find almost everything. While the location is near the main plaza it is located in a quiet street. Beds are very comfortable. Is nicer than the pictures show.

Very stylish but also comfortable! Easy to do things from here - very walkable neighborhood. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

It was a hot spell when we were coming up and there are limited ways to get fresh air - really mainly the mini splits. The opening windows are tiny. I’m sure it’s not usually an issue but I like fresh air especially when I’m sleeping. The living room kitchen area didn’t even have a mini split.

The location of the apartment was exceptional. Just a short walk to the centre or town yet it was in a very quiet area. The apartment was huge, well laid out and beautifully furnished. The rooftop deck with sweeping views of the valley and the cathedral was a definite highlight.

Melissa was an outstanding host, prompt with answers to questions and helpful with suggestions. Very spacious room, well equipped kitchen, bright, quiet. Location perfect. A great visit. Loved the patio and the terrace.

Don't have any recommendations. I have lung issues and struggled with the 2 flights of stairs, but have no solution.

It was a darling place. Super close to the central. Easy walk. The staff was responsive to our questions and very nice. I would not hesitate to stay here on my next trip to this amazing city

Simply THE BEST in SMA! Period. Michelle is an amazing host! Clean! Fantastic decor, lighting, kitchen, bathrooms. We will ONLY STAY HERE in the future in SMA!!! Period! Phenomenal accommodations!!!

Great location! Walked everywhere. Convenience store on corner. Great cafe’s and restaurants nearby.

No complaints. The host and staff were excellent. Very helpful and prompt to respond to all our needs.
