Location: 25 min outside SMA. 200-300peso uber each way. Extremely quiet, safe, near tiny town of Atotonilco. Pool: AWESOME &cleaned daily &warm Rooms: very nicely decorated, really nice tub and good water pressure. WiFi is spotty in The room but nice to take a break. It’s better by the pool/restaurant if needed. Restaurant: DELICIOUS and good value Spa: GREAT Massages at a good deal. Tips: if you’re going to be leaving the hotel till late, make sure to let them know bc they close the gates around 9:30pm for safety. There’s a maintenance person who lets you in.

Staff was amazing Marie was supper pleasant made the best cocktails! The Manager or and owner had the best energy and smile she also gave us upgrade and arranged a great Uber to take us back to Queretaro. Loved the momma hen and her chicks visits every day. The time of year was quite mid week 2 nd wk of June. Great place for families play grounds and big pool the other pools out of service as low season I think.

Bugs in pool but they can’t help it’s a egological positive they have to drain the hot springs water every day (they feed plants with).

Very Weak internet signal in room 5. You can only get consistent internet access by sitting on the balcony Water on the floor by the jacuzzi in the bathroom

great place to be away from the city

the pool at the suites water was not clean, pool was not cleaned daily, normaly all water gets emty a night but this time only less the a quater water was taken out and fill up again leaving all trash in the water, water was cloudy not clear like the other pool at the regular rooms.. wa had to walk all the way to the pool by the restaurant.

Food was good. Staff was excellent!! The grounds, pool, etc. were all excellent!!!

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Should be replaced.

We liked swimming in the clear warm water. The food from the restaurant was delicious. All the employees were friendly and helpful.

The tennis courts were in disrepair. The room was dark. The jet tube in the bathroom did not work.
