The hotel is very quaint and very beautiful. The staff was superb, and they really seem to go out of their way to assist. While on our trip, there was rain, which we did not anticipate and the staff/hotel provided umbrellas for all guests. Overall an excellent experience. The next time we are in Dolores Hidalgo, this is where we are staying again. I especially want to send a shout out to Maria, one of the Front Desk clerks, who when I had a billing issue she went above and beyond to resolve it and make our experience terrific, Thank You Maria!

The only negative comment, which is more of a suggestion, is to get better circulation in the room we stayed in (16), even with the window open, the room was very hot and humid for my wife and I.

The most adorable hotel ever! You walk into a pretty courtyard with a gurgling fountain. The rooms are off this. Basic but oh so cute! Comfortable bed, hot shower and the location is perfect!

The parking situation is a bit odd. They have a contract with an offsite parking lot but only after 9 pm. Otherwise, it's pay by the hour there. Fortunately, someone moved their car on the street and I just did that for overnight.

Great location. Cute on sight cafe. Nice staff. Cute courtyard but when people use it you’ll hear the echoing voices. We enjoyed our comfortable stay.

The lighting is white fluorescent hospital style lighting. It would have been nice to have warmer lighting. I wished that somebody would have enforced the quiet hours as people in courtyard were loud and talking into the night on night one.

What a fantastic place in Dolores Hildago! The location is perfect, it is about 5 mins walk from the bus station, and just 1 block away from the Hidalgo Memorial and Independence Garden Marker. There is filtered water provided around the hotel. The room is big, nice, and clean, and they provide towels, shampoo, and soap. Although the hotel is on a busy street, but it is very quiet. The staff is friendly, and check-in and out are easy. Wifi was strong and reliable. Their courtyard is super nice! I wish I stayed for a few more days.

Good location near cathedral. Old style, family-run hacienda with quaint, colourful courtyard. Quiet, isolated from street noise. Comfy, basic room, with working toilet and shower. Room had fan, and did not need A/C as it was naturally cool, even though hot in the streets. Friendly front-end staff.

My room did not have adequate curtains or soundproofing so you could hear street noise easily.

The atmosphere and hotel courtyard were unique and lovely. Great price and location. Lovely staff. Comfortable bed and room. Strong Wifi.
