Clean. Spacious rooms. Clean and comfortable bathrooms.took time for hot water to reach the room but when it got there it was hot.Limited fare at the restaurant. Hotel far away from any other restaurant.However close by we found a fantastic restaurant Don Valente which would compare with a five star place anywhere. Great food and we had some excellent French wine. Breakfast and dinner at this place was amazing. Kudos to the chef and very friendly staff. Attached to Don Valente is a spa, Barbers Spa, great for massage and other spa services. Hotel Splash was great but the services from Don Valente made the vacation so much better.

Great place. No major complaints. However if you want to visit San Miguel de Allende which is the most beautiful city in Mexico, you are 20 minutes away and no transportation easily available. If you have a car then you can frequently shoot out to visit SMA for sightseeing or great restaurants.

Nice place a little outside of town, thus no traffic problems, quite stay and easy to reach. As the place was built recently, everything feels nice and new, very friendly staff and no problem with arrival time around 02.00 AM. Have been staying here several times in the past, always happy - THANK YOU

very distant to central San Miguel. hard to get taxis or Uber. restaurant very limited menu and only beer/ wine at “bar”. advertised as having a kitchenette but only had a mini fridge. have to go to Libby to get coffee or use microwave🤬. horrible odor one night. possibly a nearby trash handling facility! that was awful! our bathroom window would not close so could not keep odor out. huge jacuzzi but there were no jets/bubbles and not very warm

The pool was not heated,,,,the room was not soundproof, other guests were loud and we couldn't sleep

We loved this place. It was very quiet and bed is comfortable. The bathroom was large and spacious. There is a pool and jacuzzi just in from of rooms.

Decent but not great. Personnel at the restaurant were very friendly.

They did not provide towels and shower necessities as needed unless you ask for them every day.

Booking.com says it’s 3.5 km from the centre which we thought we could easily walk but it’s not possible it’s way out in the country on a busy road and 8 km away from Centro definitely need a car
