Loved this cute little B&B. It is a 15’ish minute walk from downtown (including a steep hill), but I enjoyed the exercise & being away from it the traffic and noise. There was easy parking in front of the hotel and the owner arranged free, secured parking downtown if/when we wanted to drive there. The rooms were spacious & traditionally decorated, which I loved. There are beautiful rooftops with seating. Breakfast was simple, but delicious. They offered some protein options, which I really appreciate. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Loved it all

Lovely building inside and out, the host is super friendly, attentive and welcoming. The rooms are clean, the shower is great- hot water and good water pressure. It’s a very peaceful and feels like home! Good coffee for breakfast. Loved the cat of the house!

I didn’t like the Mexican style breakfast. It would be great if they would have a Mexican and European style breakfast available.

The host was fantastic! Friendly, informative, and helpful in so many ways - from suggesting places to visit and eat to arranging a shuttle ride back to the QRO airport. Diego the cat was so sweet and an extra treat to help us feel welcome and relaxed. The breakfasts were authentic, delicious and different each day. The place is colorful, unique, and impeccably clean, with an serene inner courtyard garden. Each room is unique and very tastefully decorated, with carved wooden doors and colorful tiled bathrooms. Don’t miss the rooftop terrace with a great view of the city!

The beds were a little hard for our preference.

Beautiful property,wonderful host and a very lovable resident cat Breakfast was healthy and tasty The property is in a peaceful and serene location away from the hustle and bustle. It is a little bit of a walk to the main square but it was all good

The shower head wasn’t working well

Wow, what an amazing place! The room was very big and very beautiful. The room ws bright with high ceilings and big windows. The bathroom was also bit and comfortable. The bed was huge! The breakfast was amazing, a different breakfast everyday made specially for the guests. The owner was very friendly and super helpful guiding us through the where to go and giving us suggestions! Super recomended.

Casa Frida is a wonderful B&B. It is clean. with well equipped rooms and the staff were extremely welcoming & helpful. It had good, free wifi connectivity and useful extras such as a heater and extra blanket when the temperature dropped one night during our stay. It is a short walk to the Mirador viewing point although there are great views from the property’s own roof terraces. We would happily stay here again.

We stayed in the ‘Monet room’ which had a particularly small double bed. It would be worth clarifying the description of the bed in this particular room on the Booking.com site.

It was such a beautiful place. Truly relaxing atmosphere, one of the nicest stays in Mexico so far on our trip. The staff were amazing, let us check in early and gave us loads of recommendations which all turned out amazing ❤️. The room was sooo comfortable and relaxing and clean. The breakfast was also sensational. Can’t recommend this place enough :).

Fantastic BnB, really friendly and homely. Breakfast absolutely delicious, beautiful rooms and nice sitting areas, patios etc. Host gave great recommendations and was super helpful. Excellent value for money, totally recommend.

The hotel was a very nice place. Clean. Friendly staff, I love the location because you could see the town from the roof but to go downtown and come back is very tired to go up and also the only thing is that it was veo cold at night. We needed more blankets. Other than that, it was a great stay. And great and healthy breakfast. Thank you

Charming, quaint, host was very friendly, kind, shared ideas of places to visit, accommodating. We would return and will recommend it to others. Loved the outdoor living spaces.

At top of long, steep hill, but would not keep us from staying there.
