The location of our suite had a large roof top balcony with views of the valley below. The balcony was large enough to hold a small table and 2 chairs in one corner and ample space to exercise or even play a tame game of Bocce ball! The shower and bathroom were very clean and complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was provided. My personal favorite was the soft, clean sheets and mattress firmness.

I prefer firm bed pillows. The pillows provided where a bit on the softer side. The hotel is about a 5 min drive down the hill to San Miguel de Allende center. It can be a trek coming back up the hill if you decide to walk from the hotel.

Building is really nice, mordern and has view even from the bottom room we got. There is a small pool, restaurant with really good food; portions and flavor was amazing. Staff exceeded our expectations, we were looking for a restaurant for a special dinner and they found it!

There are not loudness rules, people in the bottom floor and next door were loud and drunk, yelling at 3:00 and 6:00 a.m., bed is comfortable but queen size bed was small for us. Cleanliness good enough but the days before they fumigate the place and there were cockroaches dead everywhere even under our coffee table. Bathroom floor needs to be brushed to remove the black mold.

Modern, attractive property with very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Heated bathroom floor was a bonus. The only drawback was the proximity to city center (not walking distance), and the very steep driveway from the main road.

We were in the highest unit, which required climbing 100 steps to get there. The ad for the hotel should state that there is no elevator and it is not recommended for anyone over age 75 years or with any physical disability.

The property is clean, beautiful and has beautiful rooftops, and outdoor dinner. The pool was heated and very relaxing.

The only thing I didn’t like was having to go up and down with luggage. The steep entrance can be dangerous for elderly people and kids.

It was all great. The service, the food, the facilities. We loved our stay and we highly recommend this hotel. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. Thank you!

Great facilities, amazing views

No kettle, and they charge 40 pesos/bottle of water when asked. A bit further from city center, will have to cab to get around

The property is beautiful and it has a great view. Close to the historic center without being in a loud/busy area.
