The hotel is beautiful! the colonial style of SMA is evident and truly well done. The breakfast included was delicious and with variety for each day. Staff was always friendly and ready to help and assist, truly a pleasure. I got to use the Spa facilities and was also very satisfied. The van for transportation to the city center was a plus plus.

The internet... it was very spotty. That made it difficult to keep up with work. Also travelers might want to know that the hotel is not walking distance to the town center, it worked perfectly for me, but something to keep in mind.

The property is very nice. The courtyard is a plus. The bedroom is a good size. Mari a very lovely lady in charge of rooms. Diana and Nancy gave very good service at restaurant. Morning front desk girl super nice. We got to talk to the new chef. He seems very nice too.

Internet not so good. Mattress super super soft. No ice machine. The rest of the staff need to be friendlier.

Beautiful large king room. the bed and pillows were so comfortable!! I really enjoyed my stay. Very helpful and friendly staff and just a relaxing quiet and enjoyable environment.

The room was beautiful large and had everything you needed coffee machine mini fridge w freezer a gas fireplace for the cool nights and included robes to relax in during your stay. They have nice pool area with seating and a spa if interested. They are across the highway to the Liverpool shopping mall and have a restaurant w a good Chinese restaurant next door. Close to the center of town.

A good, nice size room with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom and amenities. Our room had a balcony and faced a quiet neighborhood street.

We would have liked to have ice in the refrigerator or that the hotel has an ice machine.

Helpful staff, though limited knowledge of English. Very comfortable room, huge bed. Location is great, just on the edge of San Miguel, maybe 10 mins in a taxi to the centre. All in all the place was all we hoped for. But . .

The food in the restaurant was only ok at best. We ate out most mornings as the food was the only really disappointing aspect of the hotel

Either I didn't pay mich attention to the photos when I booked online or the pictures didn't do the room justice. I loved the decor. I chose this property due to its proximity to where I needed to go, but would definitely stay here again

Hotel Casa Primavera is just a couple of miles outside of the city center. This is ideal to cut down on the street noise that you can experience when staying in the super busy downtown area. The hotel building is beautiful inside and out. The grounds are very clean and very well-maintained. The ladies at the spa are amazing, the massage was top notch. Ambiance at the pool is relaxing and adult bevarages can be delivered to your table. We were totally surprised by the food at the restaurant, it was superb! Not to mention the restaurant will deliver to your room, yummo! Everything about the room was awesome, the bed and pillows were super comfortable and it was very spacious. Huge armoire for your clothes and it has a safe. A lovely mini refrigerator was ice cold. The shower was huge and the bathroom very well appointed! so long as it is available we will always stay here.

Beautiful property with spacious rooms and excellent service I highly recommend this property. Take an Uber into the center it’s easy!

Beautiful place, clean, with very kind and friendly staff.

We went in December so it was a bit cold in the room, but we turned on the heater so it was better. The window doesn’t close hermetically though.

Quiet, comfortable beds, free water bottles, the restaurant had excellent breakfast 😋
